"Glamping experience with nice amenities all around and a really unique lounge area in the barn. The main area is a large building and has multiple bathrooms and showers. The facilities and kitchen were a little tight for the amount of people when full, but ultimately worked out fine. The big surprise was the barn lounge area. I definitely recommend spending some time in what is a really cool and unique underground area. Overall, was a comfortable and fun stay."

" This modern house has many nice features—including a sauna, hot tub, and full laundry room. The views from the walls of collapsible accordion doors are stunning. However, a lot of space is devoted to the porch and living room while two of the bedrooms are VERY small. We had three couples staying, and the two in the small rooms had to put their luggage in the living area since no room to walk in room otherwise. "This place is 5 stars. We stayed at one of two cabin’s on Renate’s horse farm. Our cabin was located close enough to Selfoss, and Golden Circle, but far enough where you have a peaceful river, horses, and quiet. We read about how folks wished they had more time here, and made it a point to stay for three nights, so we could enjoy the cabin, land, and views on mornings and evenings after touring.
