  • Le ofrecemos una maravillosa villa de vacaciones de 4 estrellas con piscina para 4 a 6 personas. Está a 600 metros del centro de Selca, con restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. Está a 1 km del mar y la playa.

    La villa está construida con piedra de Bracer, tiene una excelente ubicación soleada, terrazas y un gran jardín con una atractiva piscina. La vista de la naturaleza verde de la isla y el mar Adriático es impresionante. La privacidad y la tranquilidad le permiten unas vacaciones relajantes.

    La villa tiene 160 m² de superficie habitable, 800 m² de jardín, piscina, terrazas y estacionamiento para varios autos. La villa se extiende sobre dos pisos, que están separados entre sí, cada piso tiene su propio acceso y, por supuesto, WiFi, TV por satélite y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

    La planta baja está equipada con un dormitorio con una cama king-size, baño con ducha y WC y lavadora. También hay un amplio salón con cocina totalmente equipada y zona de comedor, acceso directo a la gran terraza, a la piscina y al jardín.

    La planta superior también está equipada con un dormitorio con una cama king-size, un baño con ducha y WC. Otra sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada y zona de comedor y acceso a la terraza con asientos.

    Ambas terrazas ofrecen fantásticas vistas del mar y las islas de Hvar y Peljesac, así como las montañas de Biokovo. En la villa hay un gran patio con piscina, barbacoa, terraza con tumbonas y sombrillas.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Insel Brac war fantastisch. Das Ferienhaus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Alle waren zufrieden. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen, Danke an alle.

Gastfreundlich und sehr umsichtig! Herzlichen Dank! Wunderschöne sehr gepflegt und modern ausgestattet Villa! Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft prall gefüllt mit leckeren Spezialitäten und kühlem Bier, mein Mann war hocherfreut!

Blick auf das Meer, der Pool , eigentlich Alles und natürlich die netten Nachfragen vom Vermieter ob alles in Ordnung ist Tassen die unter die Espressomaschine passen und etwas mehr Besteck

Sehr schön!

Wir haben das Haus im September zu zweit mit unserem Hund gemietet. Es war alles perfekt - das Haus, der Pool, die Umgebung, die tolle Aussicht, die Ausstattung - alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unsere Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett, bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Wir können die Villa Locanjac nur empfehlen. Sonja, David und Merlin

Ein wunderschöner Platz um den Urlaub zum Traumurlaub zu machen

Es beginnt mit einer engagierten Kontaktaufnahme durch das Team von MaduHolidays während der Anreise gefolgt von einer netten Begüßung durch die Besitzerin die einem das Haus zeigt und erklärt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes ist die Besitzerin immer zur Stelle wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht. Das Haus & der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt! Eigentlich ist es sehr nahe an perfekt - eventuell etwas mehr Geschirr / Besteck wäre eine Verbesserung!

Sehr schönes Haus ,in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick ,sehr Hunde freundlich ,

Sehr freundliche Vermieter...der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gefüllt !!! Das Haus war sauber ...und nsere Hunde durften sich frei bewegen ohne EINSCHRÄNKUNG (das war klasse ) !! Da fällt mir nichts ein !!!

Modern luxury villa with beautiful views

Beautifully positioned modern luxury villa with pool. Stone built BBQ and veggie patch with fresh tomatoes. Stayed here as two couples and loved it...the locals were friendly...visited the town...hired a car locally in Sumartin very cheaply (compared to Split etc) for a few days. You can walk to Selco town with church, restaurants and bars - lovely atmosphere. A taxi is needed to visit Sumartin. Lovely new villa with washing machine etc. Beds are two singles put together and the sun beds could do with tables - but apart from that a 5 star visit. My husband loved the power shower! Loved looking up at the stars from the hillside - so clear. Host Vilma was very helpful.

Great property with superb views

Villa Lokanjac is situated on the outskirts of Selca, just above Sumartin and benefits from stunning views toward Hvar island and the mainland. It is newly completed with luxury kitchen and bathroom fittings and has a great pool and terrace. Aircon is a welcome benefit though the apartments were quite cool in the heat. On arrival, Vilma met us and showed us round and ensured that we were happy with everything. The villa was spotless and she'd even left us a lovely welcome pack of bread, meats and cheese as well as local pastries - a lovely touch. The villa comprises of 2 separate apartments and both are included in the let - one at ground level with a covered balcony - great for shade from the sun and ideal for al fresco dining. The upper flat has an open balcony making the most of the views. Both apartments have a bedroom with king size bed, and sofa beds in the lounge/ open plan kitchen. There is even in honesty wine fridge in the upper apartment! There are loads of towels for use and the bedding is changed once during the week which was very welcome. It was an ideal set up for us as our teenager had the upper apartment to himself, but equally the arrangement would suit 2 couples or families. The garden is totally enclosed with electric gates and the terrace has sun beds, parasols and a stone built barbecue which we made great use of. The pool was well used by us - it is a decent size and although filled with salt water, I think it is treated to try to reduce the salt levels - it certainly wasn't as salty as the sea! There is also an outside shower for pool use. The villa is outside the village and a car is recommended to get about the island generally. We really enjoyed our stay here and Vilma and her husband were very welcoming and were keen to ensure that we were happy in the villa and had all that we needed. If you are looking for a villa with stunning views, decent facilities and in a good location, then I can highly recommend staying here.
