Welcome to Bay Breeze, your relaxing Delaware getaway, just under a mile from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD. Under new management for 2025, well equipped and fully renovated, Bay Breeze is the perfect place to spend time with loved ones, relax, and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer.

Bay Breeze has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of outdoor space and activities to enjoy for people of all ages. All three levels of this spacious townhome have balconies with chairs to enjoy the amazing views of Lighthouse Sound and Little Assawoman Bay. The primary suite has a king size bed and occupies the entire the top floor, providing breathtaking views of the bay and sunrises. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom overlooking the bay with a queen bed and a desk for working vacations with a great view. The second floor also includes a bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed and lots of space for the kiddos. A fully renovated bathroom, including a new, full size washer and dryer is also located on the second floor. On the main level, you'll find an updated and fully stocked kitchen, half bathroom, living and dining room, and an outdoor deck with a gas grill and new dining table w/ four chairs and umbrella. The living room also features a convenient queen-sized murphy bed (no bar in your back!) for additional sleeping space.

The best part of Bay Breeze is the outdoor living options! You can try fishing or crabbing off the dock, use the provided kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to explore Little Assawoman Bay, or cool off at the nearby community pool. There is a reserved dock if you have a boat, or you can rent from one of the two walkable marinas nearby. You can always just relax with a beverage and a book bayside on the deck or dockside Adirondack chairs. Two outstanding and very popular restaurants, Catch 54 and Papa Grande's, are a two minute walk away, but parking is never a problem at Bay Breeze, with two dedicated parking spots and additional visitor spots available.

**All towels and linens are provided for your easy vacation! Also a starter pack of toilet paper, a paper towel roll and hand/dish/laundry soap is provided for all our guests.

We loved being on the bay and that each level of the house allowed us to be comfortably outdoors with the view of the bay. Parking and the pool were convenient and easily accessible. 2 great restaurants just a short walk away (Catch 54 and Papa Grande)Extremely attentive and thoughtful owners that made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Fantastic Bayview HomeThis wonderful bayview beach home is perfect for a family get away. With one of the most spectacular views from each of the 3 levels of the home, the morning sunrises and evening views looking over the bay are amazing. Everything in the home was in excellent shape and it was very clean. Having 2.5 baths was great and having 3 levels worked very well for our family. It was very quiet and relaxing during our stay as well. The home was very clean and well maintained, and you can see the pride of ownership in this home. Having kayaks and SUPs to use was a nice bonus, and even having the 2 bikes in the shed to use came in handy (there is a pump that works well, as we inflated the tires on both bikes, so all good). The beds were all very comfortable, including the bunk beds that our adult daughters shared were also excellent. We can't comment on the TVs, as we did not turn them on the entire time we were there (you can watch TV at home). Eric is a fabulous host, who was genuinely concerned that everything with the home was good, which it was. Time passed very quickly by. We walked numerous times to the beach from the home, and enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We cannot wait to return sometime in the future. My family and I really enjoyed our quick getaway at Bay Breeze! The place was beautiful and had everything we could possibly imagine… Including kayaks and paddle boards. It was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee on the deck looking at the gorgeous view and then ending the day on the deck listening to the bay. Eric was very helpful and accommodating with booking the stay and with any questions that we had when we were there.We will definitely be returning to Bay Breeze for another enjoyable vacation! Hopefully soon!

My family had been anticipating this vacation for several months. Bay Breeze offered everything we were looking for and more! The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough to spread out if needed. Eric was an excellent communicator and very responsive to questions before and during our trip. Check in and check out were very easy. The location of Bay Breeze allows for the viewing of a beautiful sunrise in the morning from any of the balconies or back patio. You may also catch a beautiful sky around sunset if you look more to the north. We caught a beautiful sky around sunset after some rain passed through. Bay Breeze is close enough to visit several beaches or the Boardwalk, but removed enough for a serene, calm time away from the hustle and bustle if you want a more laid back, quieter, peaceful evening. There are games available to play during rainy days/evenings. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we can make it back someday. If we return, we will definitely stay at Bay Breeze again!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, walkable to restaurants, and a short drive/bike ride to the beach. The house is updated and has everything you need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home right on the bay. Plenty of room and everything you need. Beach access was so easy at Fenwick Island State Park but my teenagers just walked to the beach as it’s only a mile away. The community pool was so nice to end our days and having 2 great restaurants a stone’s throw away was a nice bonus. Eric was instantly responsive!

Wonderful weekend!

This was our second time at Bay Breeze and won't be our last. Condo is well maintained and there have been nice updates to the bathroom on the second floor and a new table/chairs on the patio since we were here last. Community is quiet and parking is easy, even with the two busy restaurants close by. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise and wildlife, especially the beautiful blue herons.

Excellent Weekend Family Getaway on the Water!

Booked Bay Breeze for a last minute weekend away with my family and it was perfect. Condo was very clean, well stocked and had amazing water views. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we were able to energize each night with temperature and light controls. Enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the porch overlooking the water and walking to happy hour at Catch 54. Kids had fun using the kayaks in the lagoon area right off the dock. The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided easy check-in, clear instructions, and a wealth of local information. Will definitely book here again when we come back to Fenwick Island/Ocean City area.

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful time as a family at Eric’s place. The home was super clean and comfortable, and we loved how the place overlooks the water and Fenwick Island! So much outdoor space for our kids to love. It was so fun to be able to walk to a few restaurants and easy to get to the beach. Eric was easy to work with and responsive as a host. I would highly recommend for a perfect summer vacation!!
