Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom townhouse, just over 4 miles from the beach! Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our two-story gem offers a wide-open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room to relax.

Plus, for those hot summer days, we've got a fantastic community pool where you can take a refreshing dip or soak up the sun!

The heart of our home is the cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the nearby beach. Whether you are catching up with friends or enjoying a good book, this space is designed for comfort. With four bedrooms, there's plenty of space for your entire group to rest and recharge.

You'll be pleased to know that we've got your comfort covered. We provide all the linens and towels you'll need, so you can pack light and make the most of your stay without worrying about bringing these essentials.

As an added bonus, we provide bikes and a bike trailer for toddlers, allowing you to explore the area at your own pace and enjoy scenic rides around the neighborhood or to the nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful stay here at this property. We loved going locally to Bethany Beach. The owner of the property was very helpful in finding a local park for us to take our small children too. Would definitely recommend staying here for any family. The location is very clean and the neighborhood is just wonderful.

A Cozy and Memorable Beach Getaway**

Our family had such a wonderful time at this lovely beach home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home was clean, cozy, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere — it truly felt like a home away from home.We loved being just a short 10-minute drive from the beach, and the quiet, centrally located community made it easy to explore and relax. The open layout of the house was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — pots, pans, condiments, even a bag of ice — which made cooking so easy and convenient.Our two teenage boys especially enjoyed the bikes — they were such a hit and added an extra layer of fun to our stay! We also appreciated the gas grill for casual family meals.One small note: the master bed on the first floor was quite low to the ground and didn’t have a box spring, so it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. Raising it a bit would definitely make a great stay even better. Also, if you're traveling with a larger group, it's helpful to bring along a few extra towels, washcloths, bath soap, and toilet paper.All in all, we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our time here. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — she made us feel right at home. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!

Great place to stay

The house is in a beautiful residential area. The pool is just a short walk away and there is a grocery store within about a five minute drive. The house is well designed for a three generation family like mine. The only thing that would keep me from coming back next year is the limited accessibility for someone Bummer with mobility issues like myself. like myself.
