Our home is well maintained All bedspreads washed, rugs, and furniture are all steamed cleaned prior to season and when needed, we also still sanitize with Lysol/ Clorox products. **We only rent 2 months out of the year*** Swann Keys offers a resort like family setting, with pool, and fun area for the kids/ basketball/ volleyball/ playground and community center with billiard tables.( Fenwick Island and Ocean City Md. beaches, just 2.5 miles away) .This Home has 2 Bedrooms / 2 bathroom (NO TUBS) . The home Sleeps 4-8 persons comfortably. All bedrooms have outlets/ USB ports / or power strips for electronics. King size bed Master bedroom , 2 Twin size beds in 2nd bedroom and 2 Queen sized pull out sofa beds living room and 4 season porch.
Bring your jet-ski/ kayaks/paddle boards for the week , parked next to bulkhead front of the home water canal. Boat ramp is at the end of Blue Teal Rd. (convenient). Blacktopped- Drive way has parking for 3 vehicles . Bring fishing rods/bait, and crab traps, for dock fishing.
Guests should bring their own LINENS, bath/ swim towels, sheets, wash cloths, Guests will have limited access to paper towels, napkins and toilet paper (new rolls to get started) so bring EXTRA.
There are 2 refrigerators for food and drinks, and the 4 season room over looking the water is comfortable, with AC/Heater (remote controlled).
There are 4 Televisions (1 in master bedroom, living room , 4 season porch and TV in 2nd bedroom), Wi-Fi is available , and washer & dryer, iron and ironing board and outside hanging clothes line / clothes pins for sandy beach clothes / wet towels. A Garden Hose outside in driveway to rinse feet, sandy chairs, and beach toys. The home has been our dream come true, a work in progress inside / out, and now "Our Palace" awaits you.
Great restaurants close by, (happy hours and specials), some restaurants with delivery, grocery stores, gift shops or venture out for fun, go-carting, miniature golf, ice cream, Fishers Popcorn, Delaware beaches or boardwalk action ,amusements, nightlife, in Ocean City, Md. Close to everything, for the perfect get away. Assateague Island is short 30-35 minute drive to see wild ponies roaming in the state park.
Guests SHOULD BRING own food, snacks, personal care items, Bath Linens/towels /washcloths, Bed linens/sheets, beach towels and beverages.
Recently we added safety cameras for front and side door(s) monitoring, for everyone's protection.(NONE are active in personal spaces)
We supply first aid kit, anti-bacterial hand soap on sinks, dish soap, cleaning supplies, (like glass cleaner, brooms, swiffer, etc.) and limited paper products, trash bag in each can and dishwasher tablets to run it (so no dishes while on vacation) . Propane is supplied in the gas grill for barbequing and propane in the gas fire pit. Call "Our Palace" Home away from Home with so many things to do in the area, in July or August.
