FIVE INVITING BEDROOMS

After a full day of beach and resort fun, retreat to five comfortable bedrooms with premium mattresses, two on the first floor and three upstairs. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully arranged to promote rest, privacy, and relaxation.

Every bed is made with freshly laundered sheets and bath towels before your arrival so your vacation begins the moment you walk in the door.

Two king master suites, one on each floor, provide quiet private retreats complete with ensuite bathrooms. Additional bedrooms offer queen beds, family-friendly sleeping arrangements, and generous storage. Multiple bathrooms throughout the home ensure everyone can get ready comfortably, even during large-group stays.

WORK, PLAY AND PRACTICAL COMFORTS

For guests combining work with leisure, the private office features monitors, keyboard, mouse, fast Wi-Fi, and ethernet connection. The large laundry room includes washer, dryer, utility sink, and supplies for extended stays. The garage provides additional storage, an extra refrigerator, bikes, and beach equipment.

PARKING & ACCESS

Garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for two vehicles. Additional free community shell-spot parking is available nearby. Security patrols help maintain a safe and peaceful environment. They also ticket vehicles parked in the street or blocking sidewalks.

Entire home, patio, and grill are available for exclusive guest use except for one locked owner's closet.

GUEST PASS DETAILS

Guest passes are only required if you choose to use the resort amenities.
If you prefer beach days, local dining, shopping, and relaxing at the house, no passes are necessary.

Passes must be purchased through Amy at least 7 business days before arrival to avoid an additional $5 per pass resort processing fee.
Passes are picked up at the Health and Aquatic Club after arrival.
Once purchased, passes are non-refundable.

Children age 4 and under do not require a pass but must be supervised by a pass-holding adult.

LINENS

Host supplies mattress pads, pillows, blankets, comforters, freshly laundered sheets with all beds made before arrival, bath towels (2 per guest), and washcloths (2 per guest).

Please bring or rent your own beach towels for pool or beach use.
