Hello,

Between sea and mountains, located in the Var hinterland, on the heights of the canton of Fayence, 2.5 km from the village of Seillans, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France,
I rent this lovely detached villa of 150 m2, typical of the Provence region.
Outside, you benefit from a large wooded plot of over 3000 m2 not overlooked, with a clear view of the hills, its large shaded terrace with pines and oaks and olive trees, its barbecue and its swimming pool. while curved.
Inside, on the ground floor, a living room with its through fireplace opening onto a large fitted kitchen with its farm table. A laundry room and a toilet.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben heerlijke weken gehad in het huis van Stephane. Het contact verliep soepel en hij was goed bereikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Het huis was voorzien van alle gemakken, binnen en buiten! Binnen is het een compleet en sfeervol huis met goed voorziene keuken, lekkere bedden en ruime kamers. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden en was heerlijk met het warme weer. Erg fijn dat het zwembad lager ligt dan het huis met kinderen (1 en 2 jaar). Bij het huis zit je onder de bomen lekker in de schaduw. Daarnaast ook veel te doen in de omgeving met prachtige dorpjes, leuke markten en het strand (ongeveer 1 uur rijden). Het meer was voor ons iets minder geschikt met 2 kleine kinderen maar als je kinderen ouder zijn is dat ook erg leuk. Al met al een heerlijke plek waar we heel graag nog een keer terug komen.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Einzel gelegenes, wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man sich wünscht für einen perfekten Familienurlaub. Wir waren zu 8t, Söhne plus Freundin und wir Eltern. Alle haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen auf der Terrasse, Schwimmen im Pool....wunderbar! Wunderschöne Gegend, fernab vom Rummel und Massentourismus.

Great house in a beautiful small city

Very friendly homeowners and it is a very beautiful house ! We were with 2 families and specially with children it is a great home , 4 bedrooms , 2 great bathrooms , 3 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen , a Nice living Room and a laundry room . For our children it was a great place : a Nice swimming pool , they could play table tennis , a game of petanque , they had a lot of space in a safe surrounding and there was even a bike at our disposal! We really recommend This house to Everyone who wants to have a quiet and private family vacation ... especially with children . A walk to the village to the local bakery or shop is 25 minutes and is a very beautiful walk :-) We visited a lot of lovely places in the area like Fayence , Callian but also the lakes of Sainte -cassien and Saint- Croix and the extraordinarry village Moustiers-Sainte-Marie ! Stephan, thank you for Our lovely vacation , we will definitely come back sometime! Ilse , Kaat , Elinn , Lasse , Ferre , Cathérine , Senne and of cours Denzel , Our dog .

A beautiful house in a fantastic location.

We had a great holiday here. The house and pool are lovely, and the location is fantastic. It is an easy and picturesque walk into Seillans, where there are a number of good restaurants and bars. The surrounding area is lovely and the children enjoyed swimming, and jumping off the pedalos in nearby Lac de Saint-Cassien. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great holiday property.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort.Platz hatten wir reichlich,das Haus,der Garten,der Pool alles herrlich. Kücheneinrichtung auch klasse. Schöner 20 minütiger Fussweg nach Seillans. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beeindruckender Urlaub

2 Familien, 8 Personen haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Wunderbares Haus, sauber, Pool wird 2 mal pro Woche vom Vermieter gereinigt. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Umgebung ruhig, Seillans 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Schönes Dorf, sehenswert. SEE 20 Autominuten, St. Tropez, Monaco, Nizza alles zwischen 1 und 1,5 Stunden. Wir werden wiederkommen.

aangename en ontspannen vakantielocatie

Rustige omgeving met af en toe een balkende ezel of het geluid van een pauw of krekeltjes op de achtergrond (heerlijke natuurgeluiden). In het huisje is alles voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. Stephane is een zeer aangename en vriendelijke man die je direct thuis laat voelen. Alleen de muggen (ook al waren ze niet met veel aanwezig maar 1 is genoeg) hebben met hun nachtelijk gezoem en geprik ons af en toe uit onze slaap gehouden. Lang leve de muggenspray. Maar al bij al een leuke omgeving om een rustige en relaxte vakantie door te brengen. Zeker 5 sterren waard.

Relaxing house, garden and pool in a beautiful landscape

Thanks Stéphane for the wonderful time that we could spend with our dog and baby at your wonderful house! To the people looking for the place to be on vacation: If you want to go on holidays with family, together with your dog or without - it's a charming place for relaxation, you got everything there and enough space to do what ever you want. Nearby are very beautiful and historic little villages and small towns. Big supermarket with everything you might need is 15minutes by car. Nice Restaurants are in Seillance just 15-20 minutes by foot. Have a nice stay :-)

VACANCES AU CALME EN FAMILLE

Belle maison spacieuse, bien équipée dans un grand jardin bien aménagé et sans vis à vis. Situation un peu à l'écart du village, dans espaces boisés très agréables. Accès à l'autoroute en 30 minutes pour rallier Nice, Antibes, Monaco, etc... Propriétaire très prévenant et disponible. Nous recommanderions cette location.
