Breakfast was very good and not just the usual things. Quiche etc. But still plenty to please the kids. The tree house was very clean for a rustic cabin in a tree. The bed was comfortable. If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Everything was good except for the bed downstairs. Memory foam mattresses or memory foam toppers are terrible to sleep on. Hosts should provide a firm bed with an optional topper for those who like that.
