Sleep accommodations: (one Tempur-pedic split-king bed with adjustable/massaging frame in main bedroom with plenty of floor room for blow-up mattresses and/or sleeping bags), one queen bed in second bedroom, and a comfy sofa and loveseat downstairs. Please note the main bedroom upstairs was a former living room and there is no door for privacy. Roomy kitchen has everything you will need to cook for a crowd. The great room has a wall of windows overlooking the back yard and beautiful water view. Island kitchen with all the basic necessities. Upstairs balcony runs the entire length of the house, and may be accessed by either bedroom, offering yet another way to enjoy that gorgeous view!

The house is on two lots (.22 acres), so there is plenty of yard for the kiddos to play. The boat dock makes getting in and out of the water simple, and offers additional space for sunning or parking a couple of lawn chairs to be even closer to the action. If you would like to bring your boat, we can help with launching your boat at a private launch. Or you can book a chartered boat ride with Hawaiian Brian at 210-213-6523 for $225/hour. Or if you are an experienced captain, you may rent our Harris pontoon for $1,000/day. Worth noting: Most of the yard is not fenced. This home is also used as a private residence and is likely to have owners' personal belongings.
