The pool terrace is fitted with sun loungers and a coffee table corner. The pool comes with a heating option included, which is very convenient in the preseason and in the postseason.
This holiday villa stretches over two floors and has 193 square meters of living space. The surface of the estate is 400 square meters.
All 4 bedrooms come with a king-size bed and an independent air-conditioning unit. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and it has direct access to the pool terrace. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor share a long balcony with glassed fenced and spectacular sea views. The fourth bedroom is also on the upper floor and also features a balcony.
In two of the bedrooms on the upper floor, the king-size beds can be converted into twin beds, on request, with prior notice. Furthermore, ababy cot isavailable on request.
