Treasure at Trogir

Hidden treasure close to Trogir. Excellent place to spend relaxing vacation at a small beach town away from the crowd. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Beachfront location with fantastic water views. Would stay again if given opportunity.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir wahren in der obersten Etage. Ein herrlicher Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit einem kühlen Bier und Saft für die Kinder begrüßt. Ich finde das eine sehr nette Geste. Der Strand ist zwar klein aber sauber. Das Wasser ist glas klar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Wir waren hochzufrieden mit unserem modern eingerichteten Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns umgehend geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten: Fragen zu Ausflugszielen usw.und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt an der Bucht war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Familienurlaub in luxoriöser Wohnung

Wir haben im August 2018 einen 10-tägigen Urlaub im Appartment 6 des Hauses verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und Betreuung. Insbesondere die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage hat uns in diesem Hitzesommer geholfen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Une semaine idyllique

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans ce magnifique appartement. Il a été rénové de façon très contemporaine et décoré avec énormément de goût et est parfaitement équipé. La vue depuis la grande terrasse est extraordinaire. L'appartement est situé au calme, tout en étant très proche des sites incontournables de la côte et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport. Petits commerces disponibles à pied, et choix plus important à Trogir, ville distante de 5km. Merci à Mislav pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et de nous avoir permis de prendre possession de l'appartement dès 8h30 le matin. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse. Stunning beach front apartment

Our second floor appartment was fantastic, in a small block of 3 or 4 apartments and was very comfortable and modern with plenty of space. There was a lovely balcony over looking the beach and the village of Seget Vrancija. It has a great location with 3 or 4 restaurants and bars and a small mini market nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would love to return.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed at Villa Rozana for two weeks in July and absolutely loved it. Great location, beaches, restaurants. Mislav and Family were extremely helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Rozana!

Haben besseres erwartet...

Wir haben die Wohnung im EG gemietet aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der Nähe zum Strand und waren leider enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war nicht gerade sauber und es fehlte an vielen Dingen. Es haben zwei Handtücher gefehlt, in der Küche fehlte es an Schüsseln, Schere, scharfen Messern und einem Aschenbecher. Im Bad funktionierten von 5 Lampen nur eine einzige. Es gibt in der ganzen Wohnung kein einziger Hacken um etwas aufzuhängen. Insgesamt waren wir eher enttäuscht. Das positive war wirklich der tolle Ausblick von der großen Terasse und sehr gute Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der kleine Supermarkt /Bäcker sind ca 10 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Der nächste Lidl/Kaufland ca 5 km Mitte dem Auto. Der Vermieter und seine Schwester waren sehr nett! Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr schmal und einige reservieren morgens schon Plätze mit Handtüchern. Wir werden nicht nochmal kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Wohnung

Wir haben herrliche entspannte zwei Wochen Urlaub in der EG Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich, modern und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Strandnähe ist perfekt. Auto steht auf dem Grundstück am Haus. Der kleine Ort hat tolle Restaurants, einen minimarket für den täglichen Bedarf und einen kleinen Hafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Für den Preis konnten wir nicht mehr erwarten. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig. Da das Bett im Schlafzimmer nur eine Matratze hatte, hat mein Mann in der ersten Nacht auf dem Schlafsofa verbracht. Das Teil war weder zum Schlafen noch zum Sitzen geeignet. Durch die Schwester des Vermieters erhielten wir am Anreisetag den Schlüssel zur Wohnung. Von unserem Vermieter hörten wir erst einen Tag vor unserer Abreise wieder und auch nur weil ich ihn vorher kontaktiert hatte, um zu erfragen, wann wir am Folgetag die Wohnung verlassen müssen. Weil unser Flug erst gegen Abend ging, war es sehr nett vom Vermieter, dass wir die Wohnung bis zum frühen Nachmittag nutzen konnten. Aber das Wetter, die schöne Umgebung und die guten Restaurants im Ort haben uns für die nicht so tolle Wohnung entschädigt. J.

Toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Annette K. Me.hrfach waren wir schon hier.Wie immer war es auch in diesem Jahr sehr schön.Das Haus mit dem Appartment direkt am Strand ist toll und entspricht voll den Bildern und der Beschreibung.. Da wir mit unserem Hund anreisen und der Strand am Haus für Hunde gesperrt ist, sind wir in unser Auto gestiegen und haben jeden Tag die Gegend erkundet. Das hat uns überhapt nicht gestört, da gut erzogene Hunde in Kroatien gerne gesehen werden. So haben wir in der Umgebung traumhafte Buchten gefunden. Das tägliche Frühstück genossen wir auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Abend kann man in die umliegenden Restaurants gehen oder auchnmal nach Trogir fahren. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub, den wir 2016 wieder hier verbringen möchten.

Erholsame Ferien am Meer

Mehrfach waren wir schon hier. Und wie immer war es auch in diesem Jahr traumhaft schön. Das Haus mit dem Appartment direkt am Wasser ist einfach toll. Da wir mit unserem Hund nach Kroatien fahren und der Strand vor dem Haus für Hunde gesperrt ist, steigen wir jeden Tag in unser Auto. Das stört aber überhaut nicht. So lernt man die umliegende Gegend gut kennen und findet traumhafte Buchten. Das Frühstück genossen wir auf der sonnigen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Urlaub 2016, den wir gerne wider hier verbringen möchten

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Luxus Apartment 1363373

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war traumhaft. Alle Angaben im Online Inserat waren korrekt und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war absolut super. Die Wohnung war brandneu mit modernster Einrichtung. Der Badestrand mit Beach Bar war 5 m von unserem Haus entfernt und ist ideal für Kinder. Alles in Allem kann ich diese Fewo wärmsten an jeden Empfehlen. Auch hier nochmal ein Dankeschön an unseren Vermietern für die kostenlose Zusendung unser privaten Sachen, die leider vergessen worden sind.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Wir waren in der großen Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern im 1. Stock untergebracht. Die Wohnung wurde im Frühjahr 2015 renoviert und ist dementsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In 2 Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied gab es Wein aus dem Hause Rozana :-) Die Umgebung ist ruhig - genau was wir wollten. Der Strand ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Restaurants, Minimarkt und Bäckerei gibt es in Fußnähe. Strandbar gibt es ebenfalls. Die Villa Rozana würden wir sehr gerne weiteremfehlen.

Great apartment with a superb location

We had a great week in this really nice apartment. The location is superb as you are practically situated on the beach. Having small kids this was great. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you wish for, such as dishwasher, air-con and wifi. The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition, Seget is a cosy, family-friendly place. You really cannot go wrong in booking this place.

Ein toller Urlaub in schöner Umgeung

Wir haben die große Ferienwohnung im EG mit 4 Personen und unserem Hund gemietet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, alle Möbel und Gegenstände sauber, heil und neuwertig. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der ruhigen Umgebung gab es Alles was für einen schönen Urlaub erforderlich ist: Badestrand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Minimarkt, Strandbar.... in unmittelbarer Nähe bzw. bis 3 Minuten Fußweg. In der weiteren Umgebung sind der Nationalpark Krka, Split und Trogir unsere Ziele gewesen. Ein schönes Land mit netten Leuten. Wir werden wider kommen.

Nice apartments at a great location

We were travelling as a group from Australia and stayed at Villa Rozana for three nights during our holiday in Croatia. The villa is in a great location across the road from the beach in a nice friendly town. The apartments were clean and fully equipped. Vedran was very accommodating when we arrived at night. He made sure we were settled in our apartments and gave us advice on places we can visit. The towns of Trogir and Split are a short drive and an easy drive to Krka National Park. We had a great time staying here and we would come back again. Ashur and DSA.
