"Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten, allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage – was bei wärmeren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm macht.
Die persönliche Ansprache mit "Du" mag sympathisch wirken, doch dazu gehört aus unserer Sicht auch, dass man umfassend informiert wird. Leider fehlten einige wichtige Informationen:

"Ich wurde sehr herzlich begrüßt und das Zimmer war auch echt sehr schön mit eine großen dachterrasse. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man sich wünscht und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Man bekommt den Kaffee odercwas man auch immer trinken möchte sofort an den Tisch. Nur schade ist die Parkplatz Situation. Es gibt 3 Parkmöglichkeiten, sind alle 3 voll, muss man öffentlich parken und 8€ bezahlen. Musste ich aber nur 1x zum Glück machen. Im großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. "
"Trevligt och mysigt familjeägt hotell med närhet till affärer, restauranger och kommunikation. Mycket att göra i närheten oavsett väder: linbanor upp i bergen, shopping, vandring och badhus. Ca 30 min buss 2 ggr per timme till Innsbruck. Hotellets restaurang var mycket bra och prisvärd. Lite hårda sängar men annars fina rum. "

The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. "
"Fantastiskt hotell och omgivning. Personalen var helt fantastiska och tillmötesgående. Vi kom sent, efter incheckningstid, men personalen löste det utan problem. Frukosten var utmärkt. Personalen gjorde det lilla extra för att få sina gäster att trivas.

It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. Or you can walk there. We rented lockers for our skis near the lifts so we didn't need to carry them around, which made things very easy.
