Spacious 5-star apartment on the Reuterteich farm in a secluded location

We offer you a very comfortable family-friendly holiday flat for up to 7 persons plus cots.
The flat was completed in 2011 after a major renovation of the entire house and was furnished with great attention to detail.
It is located on the former hayloft of the two-hundred-year-old Reuterteich farm and was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association for the 4th time in a row in July 2020.

During the summer holidays we only rent by the week and the arrival and departure day is Saturday.

It offers you 3 friendly bedrooms, a spacious open living area with couch set, reading corner and dining area, which merges into a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a seating area and a chest of drawers. If required, we will be happy to convert the chest of drawers into a changing unit and provide you with a baby or cot.

In the 2nd bedroom you will find 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with built-in wardrobe and desk, as well as a 2nd TV.

The children's bedroom offers a bunk bed, with a lying surface of 90 x 200 cm on the top and 140 x 200 cm on the bottom, here too there is a built-in wardrobe and a desk - in addition, we are happy to equip the children's room with a play carpet, toys and 2 children's armchairs if required.

Bed linen is included in the rental price.

All bedrooms are equipped with sun and insect protection roller blinds.

In the spacious living area you will find a well-assorted selection of DVDs, CDs, books and board games for all ages. A telephone for incoming calls and free Wlan is at your disposal.

Enjoy the peace and quiet on the couch, read a good book in the reading armchair or play all together at the large dining table for 7 adults - 2 high chairs for children are also waiting here for little guests.

The kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped. You will find everything you need to prepare culinary delicacies for your loved ones. Coffee, tea, vinegar, oil and numerous spices, as well as some cookbooks are ready for you.
For convivial evenings, a raclette grill is also at your disposal.

Next to the kitchen you will find a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, detergents and common cleaning agents, as well as dishwashing tabs and dishtowels are part of the initial equipment.

Here you will also find a safe.

The bathroom has a modern double washbasin, bathtub and shower.
One shower towel and one towel per person, hairdryer, toilet paper, soap and shampoo, as well as hygiene articles are ready for you on arrival.

In front of the house we have set up a barbecue area with picnic set for our guests, which is exclusively for your use.

After arrangement your children can use the playground in the fenced yard area between the house, barn and stables. There we have a double swing, the sandpit, a pirate ship, in summer the trampoline and a play and climbing facility with wave slide, as well as various children's vehicles.

On our remaining farm we have been running private horse keeping with our Lewitzers, Ginger, Gammon and Brisco.
Furthermore, the small poodle Max and the Landseer bitch Bella are also part of the family.

The horse paddock and the 2000 square metre natural pond with pond terrace adjoin the farm area. Behind the paddock, the football field with football goals, the riding arena, the orchard and the horse pasture can be reached.
The entire natural property covers an area of approx. 28000 sqm, most of which is fenced in.
