Apartment "Bergglück" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Balcony

Apartment "Bergglück" is located in See in the beautiful Paznaun Valley. Here you can ski in the most beautiful ski resorts in winter and go on extensive hikes or swim in the mountain lake in summer. The modern 70 m² apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and SAT TV. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a children's high chair on request. A washing machine is available for a fee.

In the outdoor area, you can end the evenings with a glass of wine on your very large balcony with comfortable seating and south/west exposure and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains.

In See, 3-8 minutes by car from the accommodation, you will find a good selection of stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars (2-3.8 km). Directly in See there is a family ski area and you can also reach the Kappl ski area in 7 minutes by car (5 km). A play, sports and water park is also only 4 minutes by car (3,2 km) and a swimming lake is 5 minutes by car (3,3 km) away. The Ischgl ski arena can be reached in 15 minutes by car (13 km) and the ski area of Galtür in 25 minutes by car (25 km).

Sauna is only open in winter.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. A tourist tax of 3,50 € per person per day in CASH is charged on site. The cost of non-observance of waste separation is €10.

The deposit of 200€ will also be taken in CASH on the spot by the host (except when the booking was taken via Airbnb).

The visitor's tax of €4.50 per person per night is payable locally to the hostess.

For bookings with a stay between 16 June and 15 October, the fee for the Silvretta Card (€7 per person and night, or €3.50 for children between 8 and 15) must also be paid in cash to the hostess. These fees are obligatory.

The Silvretta Premium Card (from 16.06. to 15.10.) offers you unlimited use of all open cable cars in Paznaun and Samnaun, use of local public transport in Paznaun & Montafon as well as access to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and much more.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The accommodation has a ski depot incl. boot dryer.



Parking is available on the property.

There is a €10 charge for failure to separate rubbish.
