Fantastic views of Capitol Butte and Coffee Pot Rock right out your front door! Living room has leather couch and two leather recliners. House sleeps six and includes Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds. All bedding, sheets and linens are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, full pots and pans with eating counter and dining area. House has Smart TV with cable and Netflix, high speed internet, full sized washer and dryer, central AC and backyard with charcoal BBQ grill and spectacular sunsets. Front deck with some of the best views in Sedona. Great for hiking, golfing, biking and relaxing. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The hardest part was the steep driveway with the Tahoe that we rented.

This rental is in a great location within a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view. The home is cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The home is well stocked with some pantry staples, coffee, and extra towels if needed. The host was kind and communicated well. I definitely would recommend this rental to others who are looking for a place to stay in Sedona.

We had enough linens and kitchen gear. The coffee Keurig maker did not work as it needed descaling. The towel rack needed to be repaired to be properly secured to the wall. Overall, great views! .

Please read why... I really feel bad about giving this location 3 stars because its truly a good value, great location, and an AMAZING view. A 5 star stay, in my mind, is one where I am really "WOWed" by the property and amenities, 4 is Great, and 3 is good enough. Property is very conveniently located, has a great view, was priced fairly, and was a comfortable stay, but it could use a few things to bring it up to a 4 star stay. Again, it was a comfortable home base and a good value! The driveway was not an issue for us at all in our mid sized SUV. If low clearance, just cut the wheel to approach/leave at an angle at the bottom of driveway.The home does not allow pets, but when we arrived there was a very strong cat odor. (I love cats, please don't be upset with the cat). We opened all the windows for a few hours and I placed dryer sheets in each room to mask the smell, which worked really well and I didn't notice the smell again until it was time to leave and we removed all the dryer sheets.While the house was tidy, and "clean enough" to be comfortable, I'd compare it to a hotel stay in a high - traffic hotel. The bedding and surfaces are clean, but it really needs a deep cleaning. The blinds were dirty, there was grime on the doors, the bedding had a big stain (but it was clean), etc. The fireplace is not usable, while not a big deal... I was excited to see the place had a fireplace in the pics. The pots/pans were pretty beat up. Could use a few upgrades.

This was a great house in a fabulous location. The view from the front deck is stunning. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials. Hiking trails within walking distance.Be careful of the one section of the front deck that needs to be repaired. The showers are quite slippery. But these things did not ruin our vacation.

The house was adequate. Good area. The driveway is quite steep and not much fun to navigate. We did see a rather bold mouse that felt comfortable enough showing itself and just hanging out in the kitchen with regular frequency. We alerted the homeowner who mentioned sending a handyman to set traps, however I can't confirm that happened because I never received a notice from the handyman or the homeowner that someone would be coming to the house. Additionally, I didn't see any traps set when we returned home. The view from the living room is as advertised, it's stunning.

Great location- treacherous driveway

The house is in a great location with incredible views! Other reviews did not exaggerate about the driveway. Amenities could use a little updating but beds have varied levels of firmness so could accommodate various needs.

Two couples stayed for a week! Great little house with a GREAT view!! Very clean, close to everything you want to see in Sedona! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area!!

What a View!

This was perfectly located for what we wanted to do and the view from the front deck was spectacular. If you are up with the sun you are able to watch hot air balloons take flight and enjoy the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even BBQ’d one night (charcoal grill). Being able to do laundry was helpful too. Lovely neighborhood and house manual was full of useful information.Highly recommend the Visitor’s Center for suggestions and ideas of what Sedona has to offer. Very helpful and pleasant staff there.We hope to return!

Sedona has amazing views all around and we saw them from sun up to sundown from the windows and deck. Everything we needed was there in the house. When we had something come up and called the owner he responded right away. We would return!

Beautiful view and great location

This house had everything we needed, but the view was the biggest selling point. The gorgeous mountains are the reason you go to Sedona and we were able to admire them right from the comfort of the deck or couch. The star gazing was an unexpected bonus as the neighborhood has very little light pollution. House is centrally located with easy access to stores and restaurants and both east and west hiking. Would stay here again!
