"Coronado-II" (NEW on VRBO in Jul '17) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 4 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Coronado", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Coronado'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min and be at the 1st tee-box, Oak Creek County Club House, the putting green, or Redstone Restaurant (tennis courts nearby too). Coronado is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Coronado-II' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (NOTE: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There are also two sleeper sofas: a Queen and Full-bed sleeper sofas in family room. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 HD cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. Ladies’ annual weekend getaway was a blast, as usual! We have stayed at this property the past few years and we love it! Great hot tub & pool, although it was cooler than usual this year & we didn’t use the pool. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, privacy, plenty of space indoors & out for socializing. A fun property for friends & families!

Beautiful pool home - great for groups!

Very clean house with a good layout for large groups. Be aware that 2 bedrooms are off garage but they do have AC and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. The ice maker worked fabulously for a large group. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Great outdoor dining space! Kitchen very well stocked, a little short on forks and spoons, but that’s probably typical for a busy VRBO. Well stocked bathrooms and laundry room. Great location in a slightly less busy area, many coffee shops and grocery store nearby. Checkout list was simple and precise, Owners very communicative. Would love to stay again!

MN Girls Trip

We truly enjoyed the home! Location was great, out of the busyness and a beautiful drive each time into Sedona. Pool and spa were just what we needed after our morning hikes. Pool and spa were easy to manage. Common spaces were roomy for the 7 of us. Everything was wonderful!

Amazing property!!

We had an amazing week in Sedona. The property owners were very prompt in replying to questions and were very thorough in the email about checking in. Pool, hot tub and the views were all amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family stay in Village of Oak Creek

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—just a short 10-minute drive to amazing hikes like Baldwin Trail to Cathedral Rock and the Chapel. Being able to walk to Clark’s for groceries, gelato, and wine was a huge bonus. The house was perfect for our two families, with a great layout and awesome kid-friendly rooms off the garage—like a fun little hideaway for them. The pool and hot tub exceeded expectations—the hot tub got nice and hot, and the pool was spotless and a great way to cool off. Jeff, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful artwork throughout the home, all painted by Jeff’s talented mother—it made the space feel extra special and personal. Highly recommend!

Sedona Family Trip

We had an excellent stay at Jeff and Eli's house in Sedona. The house was very clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were extremely easy to heat up when necessary. Jeff and Eli were responsive, gracious hosts. It was clear they have a lot of experience with rental properties and knew exactly what people look for during their vacation. The house is in a great location in my opinion. There is a grocery store that my wife walked to a couple times or it is about a 15 second car ride away. The house fit 4 adults and 3 kids with comfort and we easily could have fit more people. We only ended up needing three of the five bedrooms. Overall it was a great trip. We will be back.

Fun Sedona Getaway!

We had a fabulous time! Our group of 8 friends has rented from this owner 3 times. Excellent experience every time. Not only is this a lovely 5-bedroom property with a pool and spa, it's less than a mile from a grocery store and great restaurants. Close to hiking trails in the beautiful red rocks too! We'll be renting here again.

Perfect Sedona weekend

Larger, beautiful home with pool and spa in a lovely neighborhood, right by golf course. The best part of the home was the amount of sleeping space available which makes it a good choice for a large group. Only two bathrooms but was not a problem for our group. Wonderful Outdoor space for swimming and relaxing. Well located for all the Sedona area has to offer.

Listing completely accurate, clean and well equipped home, pool and spa are very nice. Friendly and communicative hosts who let us check out late when we had some extra time to kill before our flights home. Would certainly stay again!
