My home is a modern, split floor plan, comfortable Santa Fe style in a great location. New kitchen includes granite and all stainless appliances as well as new washer/dryer and attached garage. The outdoor area is very comfortable with covered patio, large deck, water fall/feature hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8 - all with a nice view of thunder and Wilson mtns.

Comfortable furniture and living area inside and 3 and bedroom, the master with attached bath, large closet and king bed.

Overall you will find is a very comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to spend some time in Sedona.

The location was very convenient to lots of things in Sedona. It was very central to doing things. The yard was nice with several interesting features. The kitchen was adequate and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The house was very clean upon arrival. The house was comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The backyard was wonderful-we enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I imagine the covered patio is especially nice when it’s warm. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and appliances. The house was centrally located which made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

Everything is great! Love the location, the jacuzzi, the pricing, and everything that comes with it. The only thing is, if you’re bringing dogs, please note that there are no fences forward the street. If fences could be built, it would be 120% perfect.

Super Vacation in Sedona

We enjoyed our vacation in Sedona.Plenty of hikes, great weather, and other activities.For restaurants we liked Elope, and the Mesa Grill Sedona at the airport. The DA ranch and Sedona Beer were our favorite watering holes.Thumbs up on a Pink Jeep tour.The house was very comfortable and the hot tub a great place to relax at the end of each evening,The host was easy to communicate with.Would stay again if we go back,

Girl Friends Trip

Well equipped house in a convenient and quiet location. We spent most of our time sightseeing and hiking so we weren’t in the house much during the day but it had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. The backyard is a very relaxing place to hang out. We wish we would have had more time there.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is in an ideal location, close to many activities in Sedona. The kitchen was a plus with many amenities. The jacuzzi located on the back deck just steps from the master bedroom door was our favorite activity.We will definitely stay at this property again in the near future.

Great space and excellent location

We spent five days at this site and it was wonderful. Nice open floor plan, great backyard, and well appointed kitchen. It was great to relax in the hot tub and hang out at the fire pit. The location is in a small quiet neighborhood that was pretty close to all the places we wanted to go to.

Wonderful home for family Thanksgiving

This was a very clean and well maintained property. They had plenty of kitchen items, games, blankets, etc. We were very comfortable here. The owner was wonderful with great communication. He and his neighbor even arranged to have a FedEx package brought inside for us prior to our check in date. It was very close to downtown Sedona and some amazing hikes. Our favorite features were the cozy fireplace and the clean hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Retreat for Sedona

We looked forward to our stay for months and it did not disappoint. The house was just as pictured. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with both cookware and spices. It was nice to be able to do a couple loads of laundry to cut down on how much we had to pack. Hummingbirds hanging out at the fountain in the morning were a treat. Hot tub was hot and just what the muscles needed after a day of hiking. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery and restaurants. Appreciated the pamphlets and written notes on hikes.

Far exceeded our expectations

“Waterfalls, Grapevines and Hot Tub” far exceeded our expectations of a perfect VRBO. The fully equipped kitchen made it very easy to cook/grill our meals- it even had a large selection of assorted spices to use! Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioners and laundry room had detergent. The layout of the rooms gave us (2 retired couples) plenty of space for togetherness as well as privacy. We looked forward to relaxing in the yard with the beautiful view of Thunder Mountain as we listened to the fountain and windchimes each morning with our coffee. And we enjoyed ending our evening with a glass of wine near the fire pit. We did have a few questions (which were already answered on the instructions but we were too busy “oohing and ahhing”) and Mark answered them almost immediately. And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- so very close to all the charms Sedona has to offer. I highly recommend “Waterfall, Grapevines and Hot Tub” (in fact I already have!!)
