I never leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed with this stay for the amount of money we spent. The host is very unresponsive. Never answered any questions or concerns we had. Just ignored us and didn't even respond to them. They sent out 3 automated messages and that was it. You can tell this is just a money maker for them and that they don’t care about upkeep. There are stains on the carpet, the toilet barely flushes, takes 2-3 times to flush, trash was overflowing outside from previous guests, 3 wash clothes for 4 people, light switch cracked and falling off of wall, etc. Just feels run down. There are not actually 3 bedrooms because 2 bedrooms are connecting and you must walk through one to get to the other. Also, there are other guests staying on the same property in the small guest house. The listing stated this, so we weren’t surprised, but we didn’t realize they would be so close. For the amount of money they charge, you would expect to have the whole property. The only positive was the location. You can walk to anywhere in Uptown Sedona.
