Wonderful place

We really enjoyed staying here. It was just the right size for us and a great location. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because the weather was extremely hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

The condo was nice, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and only a short drive to Sedona. Hiking was nearby and easily accessible. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

It was a very peaceful setting and gave beautiful views driving into Sedona. The condo had a beautiful large living area which made it so comfortable.

Heaven in Sedona

Absolutely wonderful. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Stocked with everything you could want and more. We’ve been to many rentals, timeshares,etc. This one was the best. Hopefully we can return on a future trip.

Nice clean condo. Was able to contact owner readily. One of the two driers at the laundry stopped working. Would stay there again.

Comfy Place - Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Painted Pony. Very comfortable. Nice amount of kitchen accessories and extras. Good quality appliances including a nice coffee-maker. Comfy Bed. Our one interaction with the Evolve Team (Bert) was responsive and accommodating - Thanks so much!

Wonderful Family Home!

We had a great experience! It was peaceful and relaxing on the back deck and in the hot tub. Instead of being on their phones, our kids absolutely loved the outdoor games that were at the house. Being at the end of the street, it was very quiet. We loved the friendliness of the neighbors as well. The little "touches" in and around the house made it very cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

Home away from home!

We had a fabulous stay at the Painted Pony condo in Sedona. The location is perfect and conveniently located to everything in the Village of Oak Creek. It was so nice to walk everywhere from our hikes to our meals. The condo itself was immaculate and so welcoming with a wonderful basket of treats waiting for us when we arrived. We felt right at home. We’ve stayed several places in the Sedona area over the years, but we’ve found our new favorite place! We’ll be back.

Comfortable and well equipped

The information provided about the layout and location of the condo was accurate. The condo was clean and everything was in good repair. It was well stocked with kitchenware-we were even able to cook a meal there. Entry to condo was easy. Instructions about departure were clear and not burdensome. Decor was pleasant

Until Next Time!

We had a great stay at this quaint vacation rental! I picked this rental due to the positive cleanliness reviews. Working in the short term rental business, that's one of my biggest fears. Not only was the rental clean, the bed was super comfortable. The host was attentive to details, and left a few snacks and water bottles. The pool and hot tub was less than a few steps from our door. That was a nice surprise! I would definitely rent again the next time I come back to Sedona. We didn't have enough time here!

Great Home Away from Home

Great place to stay away from the crowds of beautiful Sedona after days of hiking The condo was spotless, Great bed and pillows. The condo had everything one could need, well thought out. We loved the welcoming snack basket and front door just steps to the pool. The Condo area quiet at night and close to a few good restaurants. Very comfortable for us.

My stay

This was a clean, well put together condo. It had everything I needed. I feel it necessary to mention to future travelers who stay; it’s a good walk to the front door from either parking lot. The master bedroom window is partially obscured by a brick storage shed and you can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes. It rattles the pictures on the wall. He does a bathroom run twice a night, just sayin’😐

Extremely nice property and location, close to food and shops. Host provide ample snacks and kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware. King size bed was very comfortable, extra sheets and pillows for extra guests.

Great place to stay while in Sedona

The property is great...very comfortable and a good location close to Sedona. The only suggestion is to improve the directions on locating the property. It was difficult even during the day time since the instructions are not specific enough. A great stay and we'd recommend the place!

Great, quiet location. Condo was cozy (we enjoyed the electric fireplace due to snow/rain/cold weather … and actually the umbrella came in handy, too!!!!). It was clean and had everything you could want or need. Owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Rental was easy; parking simple. Spotless facility. Close to everything yet not in the sometimes heavy traffic area. Nicely stocked with essentials. Comfy bed.
