Needs Updates

The unit was okay, sofa has had better days , there was a toaster oven instead of a toaster that was an antique . 2 floors beds are up.. the AC had a hard time to service the 2nd floor worked but not well , carpet needs to be replaced . We have stayed at the country club 3 times previously this units locating was not the quietest it's located a long a busy area for landscapers and trash removal

Family Roadtrip

We recently stayed here during a quick visit from our family roadtrip. It was wonderful to be in 1 place for 3 nights & Sedona is beautiful! The place was great, we got our laundry done, slept good & did some touristy stuff in the area.Take advantage of this cute place!

Nice location, mostly comfortable

Pros. Nice very quiet condo development Smart tv. Nice outdoor seating. Good blender for smoothies. Some pantry items in kitchen like oil and spices. Pots and pans average quality and some worn out. Excellent communication from manager about check in and out. Cons. Some things didn’t work well. Toaster oven didn’t turn off unless unplugged. No toaster Washer cycle didn’t work correctly and got stuck Ceiling fan clicked and made annoying noise Tub drains both bathrooms slow Pillows hard ; but that’s a personal opinion Pool deck only had 5 chaise lounges for seating or else hard metal chairs and uncomfortable. Chaise lounges always full when we checked on pool We turned on AC final night of stay but it didn’t seem to affect bedroom temperature

Beautiful!

This townhome was perfect for our family! I loved the openness of the downstairs which allowed us to all be together regardless of being in the kitchen, dining or living area. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean! The golf course walking path was super close and it was nice to get the kids out a couple times to walk the path and enjoy the beautiful views of Sedona!!! The only thing I would wish for is to have been able to stay longer! Also, the safety gate for the stairs was a lifesaver given we have small children! Thank you!!

Perfect in many ways!!

This townhouse was exactly as depicted. Located in a very quiet and gated community very close to tons of activities. We had everything we needed, check in/out was streamlined and easy. Very clean and a quick walk to the pool. The only thing I would recommend is that new mattresses be purchased.

Dual rental agreement

It is a little strange on the rental, there is VRBO and Foothills rental agency, one wonders if you are getting scammed when a second agreement shows up requesting your credit card and introducing a number of fines if things are not done in a certain way. The location and place is nice and our stay was enjoyable.

Quiet, comfortable, dog friendly.

We all had a great time. The kitchen was loaded with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals. Kitchen and family room area is open and together so nobody was left out of the fun. Nice, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Since we were all heading separate ways when we departed it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry to prepare for our travels around the country. The neighbors were all very friendly. Great place. Great Location. We all made it safely to our next destination despite the rain and snow storms in every direction. Arizona’s weather has gone a bit nuts.

We enjoyed our stay everything was great and clean and cozy. Great location a bit away from downtown Sedona which was nice away from the hustle bustle. Dishwasher wasn’t working but there were products to wash dishes by hand. We would definitely stay there again!!

If you do not want to be in the chaos of downtown Sedona, this is a great option. Yet, still only a minute or two from stores/restaurants in Oak Creek. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Lovely deck. Kitchen well stocked.
