This was a fantastic, well-organized stay with incredibly comfortable beds and an impressively well-equipped kitchen. The location was a great home base; while the Devil's Bridge trailhead was a bit of a drive, Cathedral Rock was right down the road. The host was highly responsive and the space was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was fabulous! Loved playing ping pong! Loved watching movies in the theater! The host left pop corn in the theater, too! Everything was so modern and well appointed. The host was very welcoming and reachable when we had questions. Highly recommend this property! Beautiful view of the red rocks of Sedona!

Perfect home for a family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out, along with comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and shops with beautiful views out the back. We will definitely consider this home again for future gatherings.

The pictures don't do this gorgeous house justice! It is a stunning one! The interior design is incredible. The property is beautifully landscaped and in a very nice neighborhood. It is in close proximity to downtown and other tourist attractions. The host thought of everything a visitor could possibly need during their stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of silverware, glasses, dishes, pots and pans. We had such a good time during our stay and were sad to leave. What more can we say except WOW!! Thank you to the owners for making my destination birthday a fabulous one!!

Great house, great location.

Everything about the house was great. It was perfect for a few families staying together. The kitchen had everything one could want, the outdoor spaces were great, it was comfortable, and spacious. Everyone thought it was better than how it looked in the pictures.

Perfect house for a group

lovely new home with plenty of room for 7 adults. Huge kitchen and dining area both inside and out was great. We were so busy with hiking and the Grand Canyon we didn’t take advantage of the games and movie room but would certainly have liked to. Great location to town.

Can't go wrong with this house

As titled, its a beautiful new modern and luxurious house with lots of fun unexpected amenities including a home theater, video games, golf, ping pong, hot tub, etc. We took advantage of them all.All the bedrooms have their own full bathroom which was important to us. If I had one pet peeve, none of the bedrooms had lamps next to the beds. Odd.Also a great host. Very responsive and helpful.

Family reunion

Walking into the home we were welcomed to a large, beautiful natural light living area with a view of the red Sedona rock, magnificent. This modern house was spotless, well located and big enough to offer places for fun and spots for quiet and reflection. Plenty of family dinners were prepared in the very spacious kitchen, dining area and connected BBQ. We loved our time in this house!

Sedona Spring Break

Excellent location with great mountain views

Great location, close to the town center, trails and restaurants. Very clean and the host is very accommodative with all supplies and amenities. Theatre room and hot tub are two things my kids loved the most.

Extended Family Vacation

Our family stay in Sedona was amazing and this house was the perfect home base for our group of 10! There was enough room for everyone to have their space when they needed and for all of us to enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect…easy to access, close to West Sedona & downtown, and quick access to beautiful trails just short walk away (1/4 mi.). The kids loved the arcade counsel and movie room. It had everything we needed and we would definitely try to stay here again on another visit!

Family gathering for grandmothers 80th birthday celebration!

The house was exactly as described. It accommodated 5 teenagers and 7 adults very comfortably. The young people loved the game room. I was very impressed with the quality and size of the kitchen. Our family loves to cook together, and the ktchen was stocked with top of the line appliances. The location was perfect, close to town, and with easy access to hiking and other activies...trails.
