  • 'Panoramic Heights' is a large (3000-square-foot), custom-built, luxury southwest (pueblo-style) house in a centrally-located area of West Sedona. The home was furnished and decorated with an elegant southwest theme including native American art. With 11-foot ceilings throughout, 'Panoramic Heights' is spacious and luxurious, with breathtakingly gorgeous, unobstructed, panoramic views of Sedona's famous red rock formations and mountains. The home has new carpet and tile, and kitchen and bathrooms have lovely tilework throughout.

    Panoramic Heights has two bedroom wings (split floorplan), with a central living area (great room), with a hot tub under a gazebo off back patio. The home has all the amenities of a four-star resort, and is perfect for family reunions, special family occasions, or an intimate retreat for two.

    Walls of windows with spectacular panoramic views - with the most famous red rock formations in Sedona: Thunder Mountain, Soldier's Pass, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot Rock. A short walk up the road from the home leads to one of the most scenic lookouts and trails in Sedona, as well as a vortex!

    The gourmet kitchen has Sub-zero refrigerator, Jenn-Aire and GE appliances, and is fully-equipped for the gourmet cook.

    All mattresses were recently replaced in 2024 (all are now Serta Perfect Sleeper, Sleep Excellence Pillowtop mattresses). The primary suite has a King bed, queen sleeper sofa, large bathroom with soaking tub and separate tiled shower, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The primary suite opens to a private patio with fabulous red rock views. The other three bedrooms have a king bed, queen and twin, day bed and trundle. All beds have top-quality bedding, including high quality sheets and cozy down comforters.

    The home is filled with books, music, and movies for your use. We also have two portable cribs, a highchair, toys, and children's videos, for your use!

    We also have wireless, high-speed internet access for renters.

    'Panoramic Heights' is walking distance to several gorgeous hiking trails (the popular Airport Lookout is just up the hill, with several trail options), and short drive (less than five minute) to most the red rock hiking trails in Sedona! Also walking or a short drive to shopping and galleries, gourmet restaurants, jeep tours, and two golf courses. This is truly a special home - perfect for your special vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful inside out, looking over stunning views of Sedona. The home itself was spacious, decorated so thoughtfully and elegantly and had everything we needed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sedona with a large group :)

Absolutely stunning home! It was well-stocked with necessary amenities, the hot tub was lovely, and the beds were sooo comfy. We found ourselves opting to stay at the home instead of going out because it was such a wonderful place to be. I couldn’t recommend it more!

This was the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in! The place was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here with a group of 8 girls, and everyone kept saying it was “perfect.”The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and the living spaces were very comfortable to lounge and hang out. The check in/check out process could not have been easier. The location was also close to everything. I highly recommend and would look to stay here again if I had a big group!

We loved our stay here. The stunning views were the best part, and we made the most of our time in the kitchen where my mother in law could cook healthy meals for my ill father in law. Everyone hiked near the house. 5 stars all the way!

We had a fabulous stay. The views from the living area and primary bedroom were unbelievable. Great location too. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sedona.

The home was everything we thought it would be from the listing. The view was spectacular. Well provisioned, kitchen, laundry room, etc. The hot tub in the back yard was a great spot to relax after long hikes. Favorite trails were soldier Pass and broken arrow. We would definitely stay in this home on our next trip back to Sedona.

The home is beautiful and the views are spectacular!Imagine waking up to the red rock formations of Sedona! The south western charm of the home is so warm and inviting! Close to restaurants and hikes is such a bonus! Lynn is an awesome host who gives the best information for the house and all there is to do and see! The outside hottub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and sightseeing !The Mesa airport vortex is a short walk from the home and the restaurant there is superb!This is the perfect place to see to enjoy all that Sedona has!Thankyou Lynn for such a wonderful stay!

A really nice home, with spectacular views… that listing photo is 100% accurate! Same view from the bed in the master bedroom. Lynn, the owner, was very responsive and proactive with communication. The home was very well equipped with all the basics (and more) you need for your stay. Was also very happy that there was minimal to do for checking out and cleaning. Very enjoyable stay and highly recommend.

We loved staying at Lynn’s home. Plenty of room for 6 adults with a fabulous view and great hot tub. Convenient to many hikes. And the kitchen had absolutely everything you need.

Perfect stay!

Breathtaking views of Red Rocks, within 10-minute drive to great restaurants and hikes, spacious, clean and very comfortable home with all supplies needed for an enjoyable vacation, responsive hosts. Three generations experience a wonderful Thanksgiving together at this VRBO. We hope to return there in the future..

We have stayed in vacation homes around the country for almost 20 years. This was the nicest and cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Stocked with almost anything you would need and the location was perfect. Hosts were amazing.

Photos don't do it justice

This home in Sedona was outstanding. Not only are there incredible views from the living room windows, but from a porch as well. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped, well stocked kitchen. We greatly appreciated the lovely decor which gave it a homey feel.

The view from the house is stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable and fully stocked including TP. It was very spacious - three bathrooms was nice! The hot tub was great and the location was wonderful for hiking. They also accommodated an early check in..
