A wonderful destination for a quick getaway or extended family vacation, this 2 bedroom + den with sleeper sofa, 2 bathroom (sleeps in 6) townhome with red rock views is located in the Canyon Mesa Country Club gated community.

A private community that offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and nine-hole golf course, its the perfect location for your vacation getaway! Located within minutes to shopping, upscale and casual dining, and seasonal events in Sedona.

This 1,700 sq ft townhome sleeps up to 6 people and has all the amenities that are perfect for families and couples alike. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and shared bathroom. The den includes a queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. Enjoy WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. Please note: No fires are permitted in the indoor fireplace. We do have an outdoor propane fire pit for guest enjoyment. Our HOA requires guest to complete a Vacation Rental Agreement.

We did enjoy our visit overall but we found the furniture was some what uncomfortable, mainly the dining room chairs and no chairs in the bedrooms. The view was very nice but with the heat, blinds needed to be closed. There were no directions for the thermostat, we would have liked to change the setting occasionally. The price was very reasonable and for that, we would probably return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortable two-bedroom condo in Oak Creek, just south of Sedona. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, trails, and beautiful red rock views. The pool was a great bonus for relaxing after exploring. Belinda wa an excellent host, very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Sedona area!

A wonderful stay with great views, amazing owners, perfection location, great price & a nice home. The owners are quick to respond & so very nice. Home is very clean & welcoming. We heard the Coyotes after sunset & before sunrise from the sanctuary. Great welcome packet filled with recommendations that we explored! Would love to visit again!

Very Private and Quiet Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a very good location if your goal is to visit more than just Sedona. The place was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The owners were easy to contact and fast to respond.We recommend first visiting the Ranger Station on 179 just a few miles from here for the latest on hiking and enjoying the area.

Perfect stay!

The townhome is just beautiful -- super clean and much bigger than the photos display. We loved the location -- close to everything but far enough from the busy traffic areas! The club pool was a great bonus to have - my daughter swam every evening, after our days out.This was an amazing stay for us during our week visiting Sedona!

Spacious and serene

Spent 5 wonderful nights here with girlfriends. We enjoyed the close proximity to trails and amenities as well as the spacious and tastefully decorated premises. Communication was detailed and accurate. We also loved the outdoor firepit. We miss it already.

Great Property!

This is a very nice property. Kitchen has every utensil needed and several towels, including beach towels for the year-round hot tub. Better equipped than any rental I've stayed at. Gas grill and fire pit make for an enjoyable outside experience. Tons of birds flying around the backyard also. The only suggestion I might make is the pull-out couch for extra sleeping. It might be fine for kids but not much support for an adult. The other 2 beds are very comfortable. A nice vacation spot.

The location was very convenient to Sedona attractions. I loved the community pool. It was great for the hot afternoon. The view was beautiful, though some new construction blocked a little bit of it. The kitchen was large and convenient.

Had everything I needed

I will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. The gated community made us feel very safe. We sat outside the last night and gazed at all the stars and it was just fabulous. I loved it.
