Description was accurate and communication with Mary was excellent. She immediately assisted with a couple requests/concerns, and that was fantastic. I will say, the bed was rather uncomfortable - I think that mattress is long past its life. The couch was dated, but comfortable. (Maybe I should've slept there, lol). I thoroughly enjoyed the full kitchen, and cooked most my meals. The view was the best part. Overall, it was a great value for the cost, as well as a convenient location. Thank you.

Comfortable and quiet sleeping despite being near a busy road. Wish the dishwasher had been working, but was able to do laundry, so that was great. The host was awesome. Would stay here again.

Mary was so kind and helpful. Her home was perfect in every way: clean, great location, all the supplies and comfortable bed. We walked to dinner every night and cooked breakfast every morning. We also did laundry every day! We would highly recommend this place for your next Sedona adventure.

The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Internet access was secure and efficient. Furnishings were attractive with a southwest theme. Bed was very comfortable. Unit is located in a mixed use area. Though situated on a busy street, the unit was quiet. All communications with the owner were handled promptly and professionally. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed 4 nites at the red rock suites and it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and a view! The bed was cloud like…felt like home. The best part was Mary the host. I had a medical emergency and the help she provided me with during that experience was given with such love and kindness. It is my hope that somehow someday I can repay her gift of care and concern and support she offered. Great stay!

I wish I could have given the Sedona Sanctuary 5 stars but I just couldn’t. Our host, Mary was nice and accommodating. However, the unit was very outdated. The bedroom was okay and clean but the rest was worn out, carpet was old, the faux leather of the couch had cracks and bare patches and some of the drawers in the kitchen were falling out. It smelled dusty and old even though Mary removed a rug that had a distinct smell. I honestly don’t understand how guests could have given this place a 10/10. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it.

A great stay in Sedona

We really enjoyed our stay. The host stopped by to make sure we were settling in okay and then was available if we needed them (which we didn't, as all was in order). The place as perfect for us. Although it was on 89A, the house was quiet and the view of the Red Rocks spectacular. There was a welcome book that included useful maps, suggestions for hike, a park hang tag, and other local information. There were great restaurants within walking distance and Uptown Sedona was a short (3 mile) drive away.This is the best place we stayed in our two week trip to the west coast) from Buffalo, NY The hiking was great!

I got turned around at the roundabouts. Mary stayed on the phone with me the whole time till i got here. BTW, mapquest doesnt work in uptown Sedona. Blame it on the vortex!
