Take a leisurely, 5 minute walk to the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park for a morning meditation and nature walk, an incredible experience set amidst 14 serene acres of pristine wilderness. Head out after breakfast for a day of hiking right from your front door, where you can choose from dozens of trails to Sedona’s top destinations, including Devil’s Bridge, Seven Sacred Pools, Chimney Rock, Sugarloaf, Coffee Pot and more. Yes, all from your front door, no full trailhead parking lots to contend with!

Wind down in the hot tub with unbeatable Red Rock views. After the sun goes down, the night sky comes to life, with constellations, planets, and the Milky Way galaxy all viewed from the property in our Dark Sky Community. It just doesn’t get any better, or more convenient than this!

Bedroom 1 (King, Primary): Welcome to your enchanted primary suite with majestic Red Rock views from the bed. This bedroom features an ensuite, private bathroom and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed): This guest suite features a comfortable, queen sized bed and walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (Two Twin Beds): This bedroom is perfect for two adults or children or wish to sleep in separate yet cozy beds. Featuring Red Rock views and a good sized closet, this bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2.

This property is situated on a corner lot tucked right up against Thunder Mountain and has Red Rock views from wherever you stand! The home has ample parking and a spot for a small RV or Sprinter type cargo van along the garage.

You will have access to the entire home.

This neighborhood has some of the best trail access and up-close red rock views in all of Sedona! Here, it`s all about soaking up the beauty and accessibility of your natural surroundings. You are tucked away from the noise of Highway 89A, yet just a 5-minute drive to four grocery stores and numerous delicious restaurants.

We have ample parking available for you—which means you can leave your car here, and walk across the street to the trailhead. In Sedona, trailhead parking is almost always full, so this is a huge benefit for a stress-free visit to Sedona!

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $10 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
