Welcome to Sedona Trailhead Suites B, a recently renovated condo tucked away in the heart of West Sedona! Home to direct access to hiking trails and conveniently located near Carroll Canyon Trailhead, this property is tailored perfectly for adventure enthusiasts. Whether you're a hiking aficionado seeking scenic trails or a biking group in search of thrilling paths, this is the ideal home base. Plus, with close proximity to popular attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots, your Sedona exploration is bound to be both convenient and unforgettable. This home is in Sedona's Commerical District.

The Suite is a 2-minute walk from Sunset Park, which features a seasonal splash pad, 2 tennis courts, basketball and pickleball courts, and a 1/10-mile trail to the Coconino National Forest. The park offers 2 free EV charging stations (4-hour limit) and is open 24 hours.


This snug second-floor condo spans 850 square feet, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.


Stepping through the front door, guests are greeted by a spacious main living area seamlessly blending the living room, dining, and kitchen spaces.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats 6 and provides access to the outdoor patio.

The condo was located at a trail head that allowed for a quick or long hike. The condo was very well appointed -large bath towels, glass coffee cups and wine glasses, comfortable beds with good sheets. Plenty of room for 4 people, close to shops and downtown. Patio with propane fire pit. As 3 women traveling alone we felt safe. Nice neighborhood, quite. Recycling center across the street can be a tad loud but really not an issue. Recommend

Beautiful but a bit difficult functionally

This was a beautiful well maintained property. However there is no available storage for groceries and no bottom cupboards. The silverware and knives etc are stored in upper cupboards on a slide out which was above my head. Pots and pans also out of reach….. I had to constantly climb on a stool I found to reach needed cooking items. Also, odd storage for clothes in bedrooms.I would return knowing that I would need to bring my own needed kitchen items like a vegetable peeler and a mandolin that slices….

Beautiful Condo but not appropriate for small children

Overall the condo is beautiful. We loved having a washer and dryer right in the hallway since we had a toddler with us. That being said…we had a toddler with us. We were constantly afraid she would damage the leather chairs at the dining room table or the concrete slab top to the table or the marble top of the coffee table or the glass artistic bowl on the coffee table. You get the idea. We covered the end of the table in plastic trash bags and used packing tape to secure it so when she ate her baked ziti dinner she didn’t get any on that table top and stain it. It was a stressful weekend worrying. That being said - if it were 2 adults (a couple) or 4 adults - two couples - on a weekend get away it would be great. Lovely condo. Biggest complaint as an adult traveler was there is no storage space for anything. No pantry for you to put your groceries in. We stashed the snacks and crackers and dry goods in the oven. If the owner would put a cabinet under the foyer table a guest could use it to store their food items. In fact, shoving that entry table down 5’ to behind the dining room table and putting in a cabinet/mudroom center where they have the foyer table now would be ideal. A pantry for groceries and space for hiking gear and shoes. Really, the condo was lovely & exactly like it looks in the pictures. Just not ideal if you bring children. It seems to be located in what was built as a business center in a commercial business area. Businesses downstairs & apartments up?

Great location!

As a family of hikers, having a trail right out the front door is a huge win! The condo was clean and comfortable, too! My only recommendation is some sort of console in the kitchen for flatware storage - no one could see into the cabinet when reaching for forks... and knives! It's just not safe...

Great Spot

This was such a wonderful place to stay in Sedona. Great central location, had a trail outside your door. Everything was brand new and clean. I wish we could have stayed more days to full enjoy all of the amenities. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Home Right at a Trail Head

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty big, clean, and comfortable. The location was great! It is right on a trail head, walkable to a park & playground for the kids, and a short drive into town. We would definitely stay here on a return trip to Sedona and recommend it to others.
