Stylish, custom house built in 2022, walk to dining/shops!

Custom built for vacation in 2022 - this Sedona Hacienda Haven will make for a memorable visit to beautiful Red Rock country.

The thoughtful kitchen has a unique island that seats 6 people! The kitchen has top of the line Frigidaire appliances and both a keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker. Brand new dishware and appliances are ready for special meals together. The connected Great Room and dining room have comfortable seating, an electric fireplace and a 50 inch smart TV. Bluetooth speaker/radio/vinyl record player and lots of comforts of home are provided for you. The luxury slider glass door can be left open for indoor-outdoor living. A grill and adirondack seating area are provided on the festive private patio.

The primary bedroom is separated in a wing of the house that includes a large bathroom with soaking tub, huge walkin shower, private toilet room, and a two sink vanity. The primary bedroom has a brand new Tuft & Needle KING mint mattress and luxury bedding. This wing also has a bonus room with barn door that can be used as a yoga/meditation room, additional sleeping room with fold-down futon, teen gaming room with the 50 inch smart TV or telecommuting workspace.

Additional QUEEN bedroom has wall mounted 50 inch TV. Third bedroom has two TWIN beds that can be arranged to create a king sized bed if guests prefer. Another 50 inch smart TV and some children toys/books are provided in this bedroom closet.

This home has a 2 car garage, separate laundry room with front load washer/dryer and keyless front entry keypad. The neighborhood is small and quaint, with no drive-through traffic. So many shops, dining and spa facilities are within walking distance - a few of our favorites include Cucina Rustica, Rotten Johnny's Pizza, Rocky Road Ice Cream, Miley's Cafe and a wine tasting room! It's extremely rare to be able to walk to dining in Sedona! Our favorite Bell Rock hike is also a minute away!

The house is modern and has a beautiful community space. We enjoyed being a little out of Sedona yet near restaurants, groceries, coffee, shopping, etc. The location is close to several popular hiking trails. It is also an easy drive to towns in the area other than Sedona while being very close to Sedona.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! Property was perfect for us. 4 adults ( grandparents, parents) 1 two year old. Very clean, new and had absolutely everything necessary! Even children books and toys, our granddaughter was delighted! Easy drive to trails, shopping. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Great location

This house was a great place to relax after a hike or a round of golf. Perfection location, close to restaurants, hiking and other activities. Loved the kitchen too. It was well equipped and beautiful!

Convenient, ideal spot!

This is our 2nd stay here. We love the location in Oak Creek, away from center city. And definitely avoids a lot of traffic. Near big grocery store, Italian restaurant, cafes & diners. Setup is good—center is kitchen, dining, living area with patio including grill. On either side are bedrooms & baths. One side is master suite; other is 2 rooms, one with twin beds, other with queen bed. This side shares bathroom. Very tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this listing!!!!

Fantastic Home & Location!

This rental home was perfect! The Oak Creek area is nice and close to several hikes with downtown Sedona within 25 mins. We could walk to restaurants across the street and Clark's market was a 3-minute drive to get groceries. This home was well stocked, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor area, large kitchen and there's a TV in each room. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive as well. We highly recommend and would love to come back one day!

Fantastic stay in Sedona

This lovely rental home was ideal for my trip to Sedona, just down the hill from the Hilton where I attended a conference, and very close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and trailheads. The house interior is so serene, soothing, and relaxing. Gorgeous interior decor and very comfortable bedding and amenities. We absolutely LOVED this stylish home and will absolutely rent again next time we visit the area. The host is welcoming and very responsive.

Destination wedding

Great location and was very near my friends who got married. The home was nicely appointed, spacious and well maintained. I especially love that it is a reasonably new property and that I had a garage. Located near Sedona but away from the bustle of busy streets. Restaurants nearby and beautiful views.

The perfect home layout for a family or couples!

This home was a gem. Stayed for a month and it had everything we needed for a magical stay in Sedona. Loved walking to restaurants and bars near by but they didn't have the crowds as Uptown. Super spacious and great kitchen for meals at home.

Fantastic place & location!

This rental was perfect! Love the Oak Creek area. Each party had their own room. The living-kitchen area was spacious & had some nice amenities. We ate in mostly so Clark’s Market was so close to get what we needed. Loved the outdoor area, the fireplace, the large table, & large TV. Even though we didn’t use, appreciate the washer/dryer. Would definitely rent again!

This is a beautiful, comfortable property!

We had a wonderful stay at Becky’s VRBO. She was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and was flexible with several last minute requests! This home was the perfect space for four of us to enjoy, and even more beautiful in person! The large kitchen is well stocked for prepping meals or enjoying takeout. We loved the patio and indoor/outdoor living the sliding doors provided. We were able to walk to all the popular restaurants/shopping Oak creek has to offer, and enjoyed morning walks to several popular coffee shops. This was one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at in the Sedona areA!! We will definitely return!
