Use the thermostat in the hallway for the AC/heat. Please don't go below 70 in summer or above 72 in Winter. Turn it off when you go out for the day.

Couldn’t have asked for more from our West Sedona VRBO! The directions and check in process was seamless and the rental was clean and spotless and had a brand new updated feel to it! Even the towels and rugs seemed brand new! The location was absolutely perfect for everything we were doing in Sedona (nice dinners and lots and lots of hiking). The little we needed to communicate with the owner found messages answered almost immediately and she was so kind. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Five stars all the way!

Really beautiful listing, it’s almost like the pictures don’t do it justice. From every window you have a beautiful view of Sedona! As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people) and feel pretty old - but besides that every detail was perfect!

The house was located close to all the places we wanted to go. It was clean, the bathroom was fully supplied with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a newer and bigger salad bowl, and newer pans.

Great place in Sedona

It was a quiet location where we enjoyed walks in neighborhood as well as using trail heads nearby. We were able to star gaze at night wo lights affecting our view. Apartment was updated and very comfortable with nice patio. We hope to revisit area and use this location again!

The host should be a superhost if she isn’t already!!! This condo is exactly as the pictures show but even much better in real life. Beds are comfortable and all rooms are spacious. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, glass as well as wine glasses. Only suggestion I would make is to put a night light in the bathroom. As one of the reviews noted, it does not have an oven but that’s not a big issue. A toaster oven is provided and a beautiful gasgrill to cook on.

Comfortable and in a good location

This rental is the lower floor of a home in West Sedona and was perfect as a base of operations for our daily hikes. It is separate from the rest of the house, and very quiet. Our only negative comments involve a total lack of instruction on the use of the TVs and a marginally equipped kitchen but it didn’t hurt to miss some football games and we made do with the stemless wine glasses. That said, the place fit our needs for solitude and convenience to all of Sedona’s attractions.

Desert Garden Perfection

Went to Sedona with my son to do some hiking and exploring. The Desert Garden Apartment was perfect! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Most of the hikes were about 10 minutes away. The apartment is close to everything you need (i.e. Whole Foods, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy/convenience stores, etc.). And the property manager was very quick to answer any questions and/or concerns. We had such an amazing time and am looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Great location

Property is just as it appears on the listing. Check in was super easy. Easy parking. The owners were upstairs and didn’t interrupt our privacy which was perfect for us. Everything you could want in Sedona is easily accessible. You have a lovely view from the patio (although there is a high fence you have to look over but I’m super short and could still see it. Also the stars were amazing at night). A couple quick things. This is totally my fault for not reading the listing carefully but there is no oven so no shade to the owners. It’s all on me. There is a microwave, toaster oven and a two burner convection stove top but no oven. That put a crimp in our plans (once again my fault, they never said they had one. I just assumed because it was a kitchen and said it was good for a long term stay so it didn’t occur to me to check) so just a flag if someone else doesn’t examine all the appliances listed. Also, a tiny suggestion. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hand towels would be helpful. And maybe even in the bedrooms (maybe in the closets) We had to make sure to keep them separate and it was tough without separate hooks. Would recommend. We had a great time.

This was a very nice and affordable place to stay in Sedona. Nice location, easy access to trails, shopping and restaurants. There is a nice view of the red rocks behind the house. Very clean. I stayed with 2 other adults, worked perfectly for us.

Lovely place in a great location

First visit to Sedona couldn’t have been better. Our desert garden apartment was lovely and extremely clean and well kept. The neighborhood was great also. Very close to shopping and the beautiful red rock hiking locations. Just a beautiful place overall!

Relaxing Stay

Stayed here for 6 nights and looked forward to returning back each day to enjoy the quiet, the views, the night sky from the patio, and waking up each morning to birds and views of Coffeepot Rock and Thunder Mountain through the trees. The property was well-appointed with everything we could have asked for; everything new and sparkling, and very spacious. Very convenient to everything, yet away from the main drag, private, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Tarika was very responsive as well when we had a few questions. Thank you for having us.
