This place is the best place we ever found as the house is perfect either for a family or like us 2 couples The place is amazing the house is extremely clean and has everything you need to spend days relaxing in peace and with pool tennis courts and peaceful relaxing places to walk around in nature We had the best time here we will come back for sure. The condo was very cozy!Everything was very clean upon our arrival.Plenty of space for 2 couples on our weekend away. Mike was very easy to contact for any and all questions.Overall positive experience from check in to check out!

Nice , clean quiet 2 bedroom house with a coffee maker, kitchen utensils , and good pots and pans to make meals with if you choose instead of dining out. The house is located a short drive from upper Sedona where the shops were located but in between other locations great for sightseeing or hiking. The house is just three minutes away from a really good grocery store and multiple restaurants.

We spent a month here and really enjoyed the community. Condo was great and perfect size for us. We hiked in the morning and went to the pool/hot tub in the afternoon. Met some wonderful neighbors. We will be back!

The location was very convenient, and we enjoyed being on the golf course too. Condo was comfortable and clean. And our pup enjoyed the toy basket she thinks was a welcome basket just for her!

Favorite spot!

This was our 5th time staying with one of Mike and Betsy's properties and it was as great as ever! Such an awesome location, close walk to the pool and hot tub, and quiet country club neighborhood. We love the two bathrooms so everyone can get showers right after hiking. Thanks for another great vacation!

Excellent location, nice grounds and facilities. Quiet and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Furniture is dated and unit is ready for a refreshment but met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay.

Great clean comfortable place convenient location

Unit was easy to find stocked with everything we needed, very clean and extremely conveniently located. Beds were very comfortable and check in and check out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Sedona area

Comfortable stay and accomodating host

The house is nice with seperate bedrooms to spread out. Its clean and nicely decorated, but nothing easily breakable for kids. It was a good value and met expectations for what we paid.I would stay here again.

Location of property was Excellent! Very quite and peaceful. Would stay here again:) My only downside was the living room furniture, it really needs to be replaced it's Very Worn out!! Everything else was Excellent

Enjoyed the view as we dined, spent time relaxing at table in back yard. Could use a bit larger tv for older couples like us. Owner responded immediately to problem we had with dishwasher. We were unable to use all of our reservation due to illness but did enjoy our time in this condo.
