COMFORTS:
The guest house is a newly built, luxurious 450 square foot, one-bedroom suite with a modern and cozy cabin feel! This suite includes a kitchenette with a double burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice-maker, convection/broiler/toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker (drip coffee maker and a French press are under the counter for those who have a preference), tea kettle, a blender for smoothies, and of course a dishwasher because no one wants to wash dishes on vacation! A complete set of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and glasses for all your libations to make you feel right at home. Both the living room and the bedroom have full-sized TVs and the living room also has an electric fireplace for extra ambiance and comfort. The bedroom is fitted with a hybrid-style king-sized bed that contains a pocket spring mattress and a Euro-top, gel memory-foam topper for ultra-plush comfort. The luxury continues with premium bed linens.

JUST LIKE HOME:
Ensuring you have everything your home would have, a full-sized washer and dryer are hidden away in the bathroom (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets). There is also an iron and ironing board to press those clothes that may have gotten wrinkled during your travels.


OUTSIDE:
The Harmony Hideaway Casita is nestled in the back of my property in a quiet residential neighborhood and a secluded patio with amazing views of Thunder Mountain. This is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring the beauty of the Sedona high desert and red rocks. There is also a full-sized propane Bar-B-Que for outdoor grilling and a bike rack to secure your bicycles, hidden from street view.

PARKING:
I offer a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have your own free reserved parking space for the duration of your stay. No "on-the-street parking" and no wasted time trying to find a parking place near your guest house or hotel room.

INTERNET/WIFI/TV:
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access (WiFi) is provided; I have 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz wireless connections for the technology buffs. Both televisions have local stations, 100's of Roku streaming stations and you may use your own accounts to sign into Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu etc. for your viewing pleasure.

SUSTAINABILITY:
Looking after the environment for ourselves and future generations is always important. My waste company separates and recycles the trash. All lighting fixtures are LED for reduced energy consumption. The fire and smoke detectors have 10-year batteries for less waste in our landfills.

OUT and ABOUT TOWN:
Sightseeing, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, spas, and so much more are just minutes away. My location in West Sedona offers you easy access to so many of Sedona's famous rock formations and hiking trails. The Thunder Mountain/Chimney Rock trailhead is just 5 blocks from the Sedona Harmony Hideaway and the Amitabha Stupa is only a few blocks beyond.

GROCERIES:
Of course, the necessities are nearby too for total convenience. A Safeway grocery store, pharmacy, and the local hospital/ER are less than a 5-minute drive from the guest house. Whole Foods, a mainstay of healthy living, is just 10 minutes away from the guest house.

CLEANLINESS:
Rest assured, cleanliness is as important to me as it is to you! All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between guests and I maintain the highest standards for your safety. I am glad you are considering my guest house, and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

...AND SOMETIMES YOU STILL HAVE TO WORK:
For those needing to do a bit of work while away from home, in addition to the high-speed wireless internet access (WiFi), the kitchen island is equipped with power outlets, USB outlets, and overhead lighting. Simple and easy to set up your laptop and enjoy your "flexcation" in style! If you are in the mood to work outside, on the secluded patio there is a patio table, chairs, and electrical outlets for your convenience.

Whether this is your first visit or you’ve stayed here before, we want your experience to be excellent. The home is now professionally managed by our team, and we’re here to assist you throughout your stay.

Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM through the VRBO message center — feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. For emergencies outside those hours, you’ll have access to our Maintenance Manager by phone or text.
