Unwind in comfort in this modern luxury Sedona vacation home with private casita with fabulous red rock views. Relaxation, memories, stargazing and S’mores await. Prime West Sedona location in a quiet neighborhood, a few short minutes away from of top trailheads, restaurants and shopping.

This modern home can easily accommodate a large group getaway with ease (up to 8 guests max), with room to gather together or spread out in style. Total 1,970 sq ft together, the main house (1,768 sq ft) and casita (338 sq ft) showcase amazing views from every room, large modern open layout, beautifully appointed designer interiors, large decks and a back yard for entertaining.

**2025 POOL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE**:
Pool construction in progress! Anticipated completion early August 2025 (subject to change). Send an inquiry to be personally updated on progress, AND be one of our first guests to enjoy the pool!

**The backyard is being transformed to feature a private saltwater pool and hot tub! See listing photos for progress updates! The home will remain available to rent "as-is" during construction. Crews in backyard and construction related noise will occur between approx 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. (No construction on weekends.) For safety purposes, back yard will be closed for guest use during construction. However two upper level decks are available, perfect for evening stargazing!

*Our mess means deep discounted rates for you! Take advantage of great low rates already posted. If you plan to be out exploring during the day, and or don't mind the construction noise, enjoy reduced rates during construction. Questions? Please ask.

Main home highlights contemporary furniture and decor, relaxing large great room with hardwood floors, soothing fireplace, Smart TV and a wet bar. High-end fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters with seating and adjacent dining area with custom table for family dinners and game nights. The converted garage will become a hangout favorite with the pool table, and TV for sports watching.

This home is available in 3 or 2 bedroom configurations (with or without the Casita). This listing is for the 3 bedroom configuration. (Only one guest group hosted at a time.)

MAIN HOUSE: Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms include a suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom features a king bed with modern shared bathroom in the hallway. The upper landing features full size sleeper sofa, TV and furnished deck

CASITA: This perfect retreat for 2 guests, is included with your reservation. Private entrance with well-equipped kitchenette with bar seating, king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with modern shower/tub. Separate furnished and shaded outdoor deck.

Traveling professionals will love the private workspace with desk. (mid-term/monthly stays welcome.)

PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. (Cats or pets of any other type are NOT allowed.) Backyard is not fully fenced. Wildlife frequent the area neighborhood (deer, coyote, javelina, rabbits, etc)

Two bedrooms upstais, one the master, the 'casita' with another bedroom and its own kitchen, everything you'll ever need in both kitchens, including an expresso/capucino machine. Good mattresses in all 3 bedrooms, 3 tv, and soon to have a pool. For our family of 6 it was the perfect place.

Loved having a separate casita away from the rest of our travel partners. Well equipped for anything. Best stargazing site, sitting out by the fire pit in reclining chairs. So incredible.

We absolutely loved everything about this house and it’s location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, tons of amenities & a great backyard. We were thankful for good parking and although we weren’t at the home much, if we were staying longer and wanted to cook this house has everything & anything we may need. All the basics plus lots of extras. We will definitely be staying here again and talked about how perfect it would be for bringing out kids next time too.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well-stocked and great location. Fabolous outdoor space to gather with our traveling party, comfortable beds and the casita was a great separation after traveling and spending so much time with family (if you know what I mean).
