    Yet, the home's expansive private lot provides an oasis of tranquility. Indulge in the rejuvenating embrace of the hot tub, gather around the fire pit for memorable evening conversations under the stars, or retreat to the dedicated massage room for a therapeutic in-home spa experience.



    The residence boasts three generously-sized bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort, along with three pristine full bathrooms. Multiple decks gracefully wrap around the home, offering an abundance of outdoor patio spaces, perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking in the serene landscapes of Sedona. Whether sipping morning coffee with a mountain backdrop, enjoying a dinner enveloped by the dusky hues of the desert, or unwinding with a massage, this home captures the essence of luxury Sedona living.     House Rules:

    -No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.

    -Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.

    -A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍

    -No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.

    -Must be at least 27 years old to book.

    -Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

    -Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

    -There is no garage access at the home, but there is sizable room for parking in the driveway.

    -Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing.! Perfect location to town. The deck looks like it needs a little tender, loving care. We were not able to get the coffee pot side of the coffee maker to work. we would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Had all the kitchen supplies needed for cooking. Very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Has several outside sitting areas. Would 10/10 recommend.

This spacious house was in a great location with awesome views and multiple outdoor areas and amenities to enjoy. The multiple king size beds was a draw for us. We would come back again!

We had a marvelous experience. This house is phenomenal, has everything you need and more. Functional, great location, great views, very ample, comfortable, clean, and great value for the money. The property manager was awesome. We had an issue with the microwave and the next morning a new one was being installed. We highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Very happy with our stay.

The house location was centrally located and perfect for all the site seeing (Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Jerome, Prescott, etc) that we did. The kitchen was perfect for family meals. Inside dining room fits 6 perfectly but there was so many outside tables and chairs. Loved the decor (inside and outside).

Beautiful views in a beautiful property. This place has everything you could want. We love to cook even on vacation and this property has everything we needed for some amazing meals. The beds were very comfortable and having all the screens allowed us to enjoy the nice evenings. We will definitely be back!

Great family experience

The property exceeded our expectation in every way. They had everything there that we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the jacuzzi was wonderful and the location was near everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it!

Everything and anything you could ever want

Four seniors on a short trip to Sedona. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, convenient to everything. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the mountains was our daily highlight. Only regret was we were so busy we never got to use the hot tub!

Amazing Views

This house and location were wonderful! The house is beautiful and so well equipped - a pleasure to stay in. The views from the home were amazing and it was very close to Boynton Canyon and other trailheads. Having a well equipped kitchen was truly a dream - all the appliances and accessories were appreciated, especially the spices, coffee, paper products and soaps. We will be back!

Spacious, clean, all amenities provided

The space and cleanliness of this home made our vacation the best one yet. Everything was so detailed and functional. The house is large enough for 10-12 people. Everything was in perfect working condition including the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, the bbq outside, the hot tub and firetable.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury and happiness, this place doesn’t miss a single detail when it comes to amenities.The home itself is impeccably appointed. The beds and bedding were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring everyone woke up refreshed each morning. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook: fully stocked with every tool, gadget, and pot you could possibly need, plus high-end appliances that made preparing meals for our large group an absolute breeze. Holiday cooking felt effortless and enjoyable!We loved spending time outdoors, the walkable property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Evenings in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to unwind; it was spacious, well-maintained, and ideally suited for relaxing after a day of hiking. This rental is clearly cared for with great attention to detail, and it made our family holiday memorable and stress-free. We can’t recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!
