Entertaining is made easy in the gourmet eat-in kitchen, perfect for cooking for a crowd and features counter top dining area, granite counters, burner and griddle gas range, gas oven. Nespresso, Keurig or drip coffee maker.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and have a kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.

Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). No coffee or pods are provided and are not guaranteed.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

A Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing location 15 min walk from Airport Loop Trail and town. The views are absolutely incredible. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need including pans, tupperware, a crock pot, multiple coffee makers and even great steak knives. Great for multiple families as they have a huge kids area downstairs with air hockey and games. Hot tub works perfectly and is immaculate. It is an amazing place and we were sad to leave!
Airport Loop hike just up the road.
