The bungalow was so adorable! It was well appointed and had everything our family needed. We spent three nights with our family and two dogs. The beds were very comfortable as well. The home couldn’t have been in a better location. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Everything was very clean, exactly as pictured. The kids enjoyed the provided yard games that are in the front yard. 3 bed room, 2 bath. Of note, there is not a bathroom in the master. Both bathrooms are next to the other 2 bedrooms. The outdoor shower was fun and rereshing to use. The customer service was top notch. The accommodations provided by the property management company, made checking in and out and follow up very easy.

Perfect location

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children. Was a perfect location as we were very close to all hiking, shopping, restaurants. Great yard for kids to play and relax after a day of hiking. Would stay again!

Awesome, pet-friendly home!

We had a wonderful experience at this West Sedona rental home. The open concept home was roomy and modern. Our dog enjoyed exploring the yard and relaxing on the porch swings. The location was close to hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions (easy access to the main road but still a quiet, calm area). The property team (Brooke, Tim, and Maia) were great; provided detailed instructions for easy check in/out and were responsive to questions during our stay. Overall, this was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Sedona. We highly recommend choosing this rental!

Great location & CLEAN

The rental was fantastic, and the host was communicative during the entire stay. The home is nicely decorated, with a touch of warm vibe throughout. The kitchen was fully furnished. The outdoor shower was amazing! The front yard had great seating, with various outdoor activities to play. The location was ideal, as we walked to restaurants almost every night. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a great incline to run in the mornings, with an amazing view. The entire house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was definitely our home away from home. We would recommend this rental and would return for future trips.

The perfect weekend getaway

For our first time coming to Sedona this house was perfection! We will definitely stay here again. Centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store and coffee. It was only 5 - 10 minute drive into downtown Sedona. Thanks again!

I had an amazing stay here. The place is beautiful with a wonderful kitchen and a beautiful shower and soaking tub. The beds were so comfortable. The area is very central location. I Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect bungalow I. Sedona

Just as advertised in the pics! Quiet, well appointed home close to many amenities! Back yard is fenced and perfect if you are traveling with a pet! We loved staying in the birch bungalow and will likely book again in the future.

Myself , my husband and another couple stayed with our fur babies. The place is beautiful, spotless and cozy. Great location as well. The hosts were friendly, responsive and quick to respond. The yard was enclosed by a fence so it was perfect for our pups. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Setting for a Perfect Stay

The Birch Bungalow was wonderful! Wonderful Cozy Comfort greeted us when we first opened the door. Clean and inviting was my first thought. A well stocked kitchen to welcome any cook. Comfortable Beds with soft sheets and fluffy pillows and Comforters. The 2 bathrooms each have a shower, one of which is outside that we thought was amazing! There is a nice soccer tup too. The owners did an amazing job remodeling and emphasized comfort and convenience. There are games to play for family fun and a nice patio area with more games and two swing/Chairs that we enjoyed a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. This home is close to everything too and a short car ride or a leisurely walk. We will try too book this home when we come up again! Tim and Brooke are wonderful Hosts!

Awesome house, Amazing Town, Incredible Hospitality

First off the property manager is incredibly fast and helpful in their responses making any issues you have during the stay only minor issues. The house is cozy with plenty of features to satisfy including a record player. The house is in a great location being within 20 mins of some awesome hikes.(Would recommend Devils Bridge and Bear Mountain and an app called AllTrails). Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking about coming to Sedona.

Amazing!

Having stayed at a lot of vacation rentals - this is my favorite. First, it is the cleanest property I have stayed at. Brooke did not cut corners with decorating, kitchen gadgets, furniture, etc. If you like West Elm and Pottery Barn - this is for you! The communication from Tim, her property manager, is phenomenal. If there is an issue, there is no doubt he will be available! The location is great. I was a little thrown off with what I thought was the backyard was actually the front. The backyard was fine for our dog but not as cozy as the front. It just didn’t work for us to hang out in the front as much as we hoped with our toddler/dog as they couldn’t run around on the updated yard either, with traffic.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

We had such a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was clean, new and easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, the outdoor shower is perfect for the Sedona climate. The front yard provided fun games and comfy seating for relaxing with tea and a book. We absolutely would come back in the future! Our hosts were helpful and responded to our questions quickly. We really appreciated the Sedona guide book with excellent information about hiking and other activities. Can't say enough about how much this house made our trip just perfect!

North-Central AZ Vacation

We actually had the pleasure of staying in two properties owned/managed by this team - this lovely home in Sedona and another less than an hour away in Jerome. Sedona: The house is very well-appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The fenced-in rear yard was an awesome plus for our pup. The home sits in a quiet, traditional residential neighborhood, less than a block from the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever visited (in that all the prepared foods were super fresh, and the store carried tons of unique, locally produced fare). It’s within short driving distance of many local landmarks - hiking and swimming areas, shopping, historical, etc. The games (bags/cornhole, “giant Jenga,” etc.) on the astroturfed front lawn were great ways to relax after full days exploring the area. Our kids loved it. Jerome: Again, a lovely, well-appointed, comfortable home. It’s just a three or four minute drive from the Jerome town center, which is full of good shopping and eateries, and lots of fascinating history from what some call America’s largest ghost town. Again, we had a blast exploring the town, and it was great to have a nice, quiet, secure home to return to each afternoon. We’d highly recommend both these properties and look forward to booking one or both again in the future. Bonus: the ownership and property management team were quickly responsive to every query we made. They were extremely gracious when we thought our questions might be getting annoying, lol!

Enjoyed our stay completely!

Loved the location, walked to the dog park everyday. Close to all the great restaurants. Lovely updated home with everything we needed and then some! Outdoor shower was great and we played cornhole every evening. Tim was quick to respond if needed. Would stay again!
