New PRIVATE Large Spa with views of Mammoth Rock!
Incredibly comfortable King Bed.
Partial Red Rock Views from the kitchen bar seating area.
2 Outdoor Seating areas (front and back).
Private BBQ area.
Efficiency kitchen.
Flat screen TV with all the cable TV channels plus streaming channels.
Stairs are required to access this lower casita. There is a another Villa (Mammoth Rock Retreat) directly above you.
There are NO SHARED SPACES!
Backyard is not fenced in.

The Space:
Our home has been described as Beautiful, Peaceful, Elegant, Functional and Fun! We have recently Remodeled the entire home. We are a small group of friends who purchased the home as a 2nd home/retreat and we are excited to share it with you.

We are located right next to the Poco Diablo Resort right off Hwy 179. Just a few minutes to Tlaquepaque and Uptown Sedona. Close to multiple hikes and trail heads.

Please park in the driveway. If you need additional parking, you will go past the driveway and you will see a gravel parking area.

But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! I like how it is very private. The hot tub is awesome. The location is perfect. The host is quick to respond for any questions I had. I didn’t like having to bring my luggage down and up the stairs. That was the only downside and it wasn’t that big of an inconvenience for the price and location. 4.5 stars very nice place. I would stay there again!

40th Wedding Anniversary

We loved our stay in the villa. It was very clean and the hot tub is wonderful, not to mention the beautiful view. We would most definitely stay there again. Jason and Bryan are wonderful hosts!

Great Vacation Rental

Enjoyed the rental very much. We especially liked the location and the hot tub. Had some trouble getting into the apartment when we first arrived. It was my fault because I let my phone go dead. We are both in our late seventies

The perfect getaway

The property was clean and nicely updated/furnished. Everything you need is there even all the cooking supplies you could need. But if you don't want to cook, there are so many restaurants nearby. It was absolutely private as well. Property management was prompt and responsive to all questions! The hot tub was perfect on a 40 night. We will absolutely be coming back!

Awesome home base for a romantic trip to Sedona

Clean beautiful property, my wife and I loved the private hot tub with a gorgeous view of a massive red summit, and the stars at night. It was a short drive away from uptown and the other hikes. The host was great, sending us hike and restaurant recommendations at our request. 5 stars across the board!,
