Welcome to The Homestead, a 5,000 sqft luxury spa retreat in West Sedona with breathtaking views of Thunder Mountain and resort-style amenities throughout. This private estate features a heated saltwater pool (optional fee for heating), hot tub, sauna, and a fully equipped professional gym, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation, wellness, and unforgettable Sedona scenery. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, the home offers both privacy and convenience.

The Homestead is located in highly desirable West Sedona, one of the most convenient areas in town. The home sits in a peaceful, private neighborhood with close-up views of Thunder Mountain, yet is less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect family home

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. It had a full gym and sauna as well as a swimming pool and hot tub. We were able to get our workout in before exploring Sedona and going to the Grand Canyon. It was also within close proximity of hiking trails.

Stayed for a girls weekend and the property had everything we needed to accommodate our group! Some overall wear and tear items (pool waterfall and outdoor fireplace did not work) as expected but overall great property and would recommend for larger groups.

Our stay helped us have a great family vacation in Sedona. Kitchen was well stocked, grocery store was close. Views were amazing! We spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay in Sedona

We had the best time in Sedona. The property is amazing with stunning views and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and you just can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the gym was definitely unexpected. The property is in a beautiful area, and everything was super smooth from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend.

Great Christmas with family

We needed somewhere for the family to stay since we no longer all fit at my parents home. It was perfect - everyone had a bed and a lot of space. It is close (walkable) to Thunder Mountain trail so we hiked everywhere, even to my parents house. The fitness room is amazing (we all used it) and hanging out in the hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day.

Nice and pleasant

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was nice and quiet and close to a lot of Sedona activities. Our only real complaint was the house's need for some basic maintenance. Faucet handles were loose, cupboard doors were about to fall off, doorknobs also about to come off, etc. A little handyman TLC would make this place 5 stars.

Perfect For Our Family - Location and Amenities

The pictures in the listing are real. Property was great and views amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Night sky was clearest I have ever seen. The Peace park is 2-3 minute drive - don't miss it. I did really morning and it was amazing.

Perfect house for us

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures are spot on!! We had a fabulous family week for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working for our week. The hosts were very responsive and refunded our heated pool payment immediately. Do not hesitate to book. The house and the red rocks is all you need for a wonderful Sedona vacation

Spacious and accommodating!

This home is little older, but in a nice neighborhood and in a great location. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. The huge home gym was a hit with the adults! Extremely comfortable beds. Stocked well. Massive tv’s in every room. Clean, but well used. Responsive owner. Thank you!

Perfect for our family reunion

The location is ideal! Walking distance to the Temple and easy access to lots of trails. The house is spacious and equipped with lots of fun activities for the kids, heated pool, jacuzzi, state of the art gym with an arcade, perfect for all the boys in our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast for our large group. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw a family of javelinas when we were walking around. The grocery store, restaurants and Starbucks are only a few blocks away. This house is perfect for a large group whether you’re looking to relax or to explore.

Thunder Mountain Views

The location of this property is excellent. Beautiful views of Thunder Mountain, various trails within minutes on foot, and close drives to all that Sedona has to offer. The house itself offers good space and an exceptional gym set up -- comparable to a small commercial gym! There were a few relatively minor maintenance items we brought to the attention of the owner. But I would definitely ask if they've replaced the mattress in the MBR, because that was worn out. Otherwise, this is a great property for several families or 3-4 couples.
