Mejor que un hotel, mejor que un tiempo compartido. Actualizar sus vacaciones y la estancia en una casa grande de la ciudad, bien equipada de lujo situado en la hermosa Sedona, Arizona.

Hemos comprado esta casa de pueblo en agosto de 2014. También somos propietarios de la casa en ciudad justo al lado, así que ahora tenemos dos unidades conectadas entre sí! Por lo tanto, si usted tiene un grupo grande de la familia se pueden alquilar las dos unidades y tienen el lugar perfecto para celebrar una gran reunión familiar. Las dos unidades tienen capacidad para 12 personas. Reunir la parte de atrás para barbacoas o simplemente sentarse alrededor de la mesa y sillas hablando y disfrutando de las estrellas.

En cuanto a la ubicación de la casa de pueblo, que se encuentran en Sedona, con piedras preciosas de color rojo justo fuera de la puerta! Prácticamente se puede ver Bell Rock desde el porche, verdaderamente una vista increíble. Sin embargo, si usted lee nuestros comentarios, usted puede notar que algunos de nuestros huéspedes anteriores hacen mención de que estamos "cerca de Sedona" o "a las afueras de Sedona". Para ser claros, la casa en ciudad es 100% situado en Sedona. La ciudad de Sedona se compone de cuatro áreas distintas: el pueblo de Oak Creek, zona residencial de Sedona, West Sedona y Oak Creek Canyon. Nuestra casa de pueblo se encuentra en el pueblo de Oak Creek parte de Sedona que creemos que es la mejor zona debido a la belleza natural y la tranquilidad. Creo que la razón la gente piensa que estamos "en las afueras de Sedona" es porque estamos cerca de seis millas de distancia del centro de Sedona, que es básicamente la zona del "centro" con un montón de restaurantes y tiendas. Esta zona es un buen lugar para hacer una visita rápida a hacer algunas compras, pero no es la mejor zona para pasar todo su viaje. Cuando mi esposa y yo vamos a Sedona es tener un buen descanso de nuestra rutina diaria y ver la belleza natural de la zona, y por eso nos encanta el pueblo de Oak Creek. Y creemos que una vez que visita Sedona, usted también estará de acuerdo en que el pueblo de Oak Creek es, con mucho, la mejor parte de Sedona!

Nuestra casa de la ciudad recientemente reformado, está situado al otro lado de la calle del Oak Creek Country Club y tenemos vistas de roca roja desde todas las habitaciones! También está convenientemente situado al otro lado de la calle de una panadería pintoresco (que sirve café de Starbucks), 1/2 milla del galardonado restaurante italiano Cucina Rustica, además de contar con las tiendas de comestibles locales, otros restaurantes, etc.

The townhouse is beautiful, photos do not do it justice, its views were exceptional from the balcony, and it was a great home away from home. Loved having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and the grill on site to use, those were all so very handy. On the down side, the beds however were too soft, both my husband and I woke up with body aches & pains due to no firmness in the mattress. The house was neat and clean for the exception of the floors and staircase leading up to the bedrooms, neither appeared to have been swept nor mopped prior to our arrival. Stepping around in our socks, there was crumbs of the sort and dirt on the floors. Our socks told that story. When I opened the vanity drawer the inside had not been cleaned or wiped down, and there was some body hair left behind inside the vanity. Perhaps a word with the cleaning crew will be helpful. Other than those few things, we looked past it, cleaned it to our likings, and we had a wonderful vacation! So a huge thank you, we are very grateful to Phil & Olly who have opened up their condo for guests to enjoy Sedona AZ., and to experience it in a private place. The home is lovely! God bless you both. I do believe your condo is also a vortex. Much was experienced in the condo from day one! We loved our time there.

Red Rock Golf Outing 2024 - The Sequel!
We had such a great time last year, that the guys and I rented the same two condos in the Village of Oak Creek for another week of golf, hiking, beer, and food. It is all right here close by and these condos make an excellent base (you can see the reviews I posted from our April 2023 trip (reviewed dated May 6, 2023) for additional details). The condos were just as we remembered them, and were again very clean and functional. There were a couple of very minor issues (hey, stuff gets old, just like any dwelling) but Phil was extremely responsive to our call (in fact, the maintenance guy showed up within minutes of my text to Phil, while Phil and I were still exchanging texts! Again, minor stuff that had no impact on our stay or enjoyment of the condos). We had a great time. The location is really perfect as were are near two of the courses that we played, and very near to several great dining options (Pago’s pizzeria and Italian and Maria’s Mexican, which is great for breakfast, are right across the street, as is JesseLee’s, which has great craft beer and wine; all within walking distance). Most of the trails we hiked were 15 minutes of driving away, so again very convenient. I’ver rented many vacation properties over the past 20 years, and these condos have about the easiest check-in and check-out processes of all; super easy! Overall, these condos are ideal for our needs. We are already planning our return trip for spring 2025!

Review
Gps took us to the wrong location but we found it! Super cute home. It was clean and smelled good. I didn't think about having to carry heavy luggage up all those steps when booking but we did it. There was no sofa bed as listed but we didn't need it. The bathrooms had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but they were all empty. The beds were super comfy with really nice sheets. The area is gorgeous and a great location for seeing sights, hiking, dining, etc. Really enjoyed!

Communication, directions & checkin were top notch, zero issues. This unit was perfect for our stay, location was great for us and enjoyed the privacy. Easy walk to grocery, bakery, pub & restaurants. Was great to come home to after long day of hiking or golfing. Unit had all the supplies needed to make our meals, bed & pillows were comfortable, shaded back patio on hot days was a relief. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay for Hiking Sedona
This was a wonderful home base for hiking in Sedona. It is located in Oak Creek, just a little south of Sedona, which means you can get to and from lots of great trails without having to sit in the terrible traffic going through Sedona itself. The home is very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Great communication with the owners, and the easiest check-in/check-out process of any VRBO we have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay in beautiful Sedona
We enjoyed our stay at Phil's place very much. The location was perfect for us. This was a quiet spot in Sedona. There were wonderful restaurants and coffee spots, beautiful views, and easy access to hiking. As a group of three adults, the unit's two master suites were perfect. We were happy to have views from the bedroom balconies, comfortable (adequate for four) living area seating, patio, large kitchen and downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Eveything was spotless. The towels and bedding were soft. And, the hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect for us
We absolutely loved the property. The owners gave us some great tips for local food and homes. The unit was very clean, well located and huge. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We ate out most nights but the kitchen was fully stocked of you wanted to cook. The were a back patio with a grill - it was relaxing and quiet. A few comments mentioned that it was a nicely location and it is right off a main road but the speed limit is only 35 through this area. We didn’t notice any traffic noise during our stay. My only regret is that I didn’t get around to filling out the first book. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife said I'm a hero!
My wife normally books all of our trips but she's back in school and asked me to take care of the lodging for our Sedona trip. Well, I think I have a new job because my wife said I did so good in choosing this spot that I'm in charge of all of our future travel plans! This townhome exceeded all of our expectations and it was even nicer in person than portrayed in the photos. The location couldn't have been any more convenient. We loved the fact that we were within walking distances to Bell Rock, shopping, dining, etc. The beds were perfect for all in our trip. My wife also mentioned that this was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at, and I must say I agree with her 100%. The guest handbook left out for us by Phil and Ollie was also a big help. We used their recommendations for hiking, restaurants and even for the grocery store located right around the corner! This home was perfect, we have no complaints at all. Thanks phil and ollie!

Can we come back tomorrow?
My entire family is in love with Sedona and this townhome. Phil was super easy to deal with and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions about buying our own place in Sedona. He was so helpful and kind and I really appreciate the time he took with me. As for the condo, we all loved it! It was in the perfect part of Sedona where we could walk to trails, restaurants and shops but not have to deal with the crowds in Uptown (or is it downtown?) Sedona. The condo was clean and spotless, beds were really comfortable and the kitchen & living room were much larger and nicer than we imagined. It was just a great stay and I can't stop thinking about going back. Thank you Phil for an amazing experience in Sedona!

Perfect for a golf get-away.
I rented two identical units from Phil and Olly for our annual golf trip (thus the identical reviews). We usually go to Phoenix for golf and spring training baseball, but decided to change it up this year and head to Red Rock Country for a little hiking to go along with our time on the links. By renting two of these condo/townhouse units, with two guys per unit, we each had a private bedroom/bathroom combination, which was ideal. The two units are practically identical, right down to the decor. Plenty of living space, well-stocked kitchens, nice size bedrooms and a very good outdoor space. A nice bonus was that these two units have connecting back patio areas, and we made use of both. The units were very clean and very well stocked. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything that we could need. Plenty of towels and paper products. The wifi worked exceptionally well. Great location as we were within a very short drive to both Oakcreek Country Club and Sedona Golf Resort (both are great tracks; highly recommended) and several great restaurants (shoot, we were within walking distance to some). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. For check-out, we just had to pack-up, turn off the lights and lock the doors; the cleaning fee covered all the clean-up activities. Overall, we had a great time hiking and playing golf in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. These two condos made for the perfect base for the trip. We’re already planning our return trip to Sedona and hope to stay

Relaxing stay in Sedona
This is our 4th trip to Sedona and we've found our new vacation rental. I normally don't sleep very well but I slept like a baby on this trip. I don't know if it was the peacefulness of the location or the comfortable beds, but all I know is I slept better than I have since I was a teenager. We come to Sedona regularly and all future visits will only be here. Thank you Phil and Ollie for a great trip!
