Pool and spa heating is available for an additional charge of $50/day between April - September and for $100/day between October - March. The pool and spa are combined and the fee is required to heat both the pool and spa. The pool is heated up to 85 degrees and hot tub is heated up to 104 degrees.
Guests have access to the entire home and property except for locked supply closets.

This home is located of Highway 179 between Uptown & Chapel in central Sedona. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
