This home makes it easy to spend time together—whether you’re out exploring Sedona’s red rocks or simply relaxing at home. Set in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Oak Creek and nearby trails, it’s the ideal spot for creating lasting memories.



Start your day with coffee on the patio before heading out for hiking, shopping, or a swim in the creek. Back at the house, play a round of cornhole or mini golf in the backyard, soak in the hot tub, and end the night gathered around the firepit with s’mores under the stars.



Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a stress-free stay. Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, stream your favorite shows on Roku TVs, and rest easy on comfortable memory foam beds.



Think of it as your Sedona basecamp—cozy, convenient, and built for good times.

The Neighborhood:

Safe neighborhood nestled in foothills of Red Rocks. Close to Oak Creek, Poco Diablo resort, as well as the main road heading into Sedona. Easy to get to most hikes in the area, with Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and many others only minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

• Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer your own products, please feel free to bring them.



• Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. If any issues come up, I’ll do my best to help quickly, but no one is on-site 24/7.



• We have regular pest control to keep critters outside, but since this is the desert, you may still encounter insects or small rodents. The best way to keep them out is to keep doors and windows closed.



• A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This is to help you get started but may not last the entire stay. For extras or specific brands, local stores like CVS and Safeway are nearby.



• For everyone’s safety, there is an exterior security camera recording video and audio of the front driveway area. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is not allowed and could lead to early cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



• The City of Sedona requires a background check for the person who books the stay. After booking, you’ll get an email from Truvi with simple instructions to complete this step.



Interaction with Guests:

I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
