sprawling King bed with an incredible attached en suite bathroom with luxurious amenities, creating a serene escape. The second guest room features a plush king bed, offering comfort for couples or solo travelers. The third bedroom, with two twin beds, is ideal for kids or additional guests. Thoughtfully designed, this home promises a relaxing and memorable family or couples getaway in beautiful Sedona.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying the living space, our hot tub, and outdoor amenities. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Outdoors: Please stay on stone paths, sidewalks, decks, meditation zone, and landscaped areas of the property. This protects the natural plant life, prevents soil erosion, and ensures your safety while walking around the desert setting.

Hiking Path: We have installed an easy access gate in the back yard for guests to utilize to get to and from the walking path just behind the property. We do ask that you ensure the gate is closed and latched when coming and going.

Hot tub

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted on the side of the hot tub. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.
