MAIN LIVING AREAS: Featuring an open concept with a gas fireplace, full window wall, colorful paint palette, and stunning views of the red rocks, the living room has direct access to two separate decks. The lower level living room also has a fireplace and full glass wall with direct access to the backyard patio and pool area via large sliding glass doors for true indoor/outdoor living.
KITCHENS: You'll have everything you need for preparing meals for large groups. In addition to all the standard appliances and kitchen essentials, there's a Keurig with pods provided, blender, filtered water, basic spices, olive oil, dish soap, trash liners, paper towels, dish sponge, cookie sheets, baking dishes, cutting board, mixing bowls, colander, serving bowls/plates, cheese grater, pitcher, wine bottle opener, can opener, pots & pans, measuring cups, spatulas, ladle, whisk, pizza cutter, and more.
PRIMARY BEDROOM: This luxurious ensuite bedroom features a king memory foam bed and abundant natural light with a full glass view wall and a massage chair. The bathroom has a custom walk-in mosaic shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities, a huge closet, and a jetted tub.
BEDROOM 2: Located on the main level, this bedroom has a king memory foam bed, smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with access to a private deck with seating for 2. The bathroom is accessed through the adjacent hallway.
BEDROOM 3: Located on the lower level, this ensuite bedroom features 2 memory foam queen beds and a smart TV with a sliding glass door to access the back yard. The bathroom has double vanities, a tub/shower, and a huge walk-in closet
BEDROOM 4: Located on the lower level, this bedroom features a king memory foam bed and floor-to ceiling windows with access to the pool/patio via a sliding glass door. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is shared with the bedroom 5 (bunk room) and can be isolated from the rest of the home to make a private unit using the keypad lock in the hallway if desired.
BEDROOM 5: Located adjacent to bedroom 4 is the bunk room, complete with 2 bunk beds, a smart TV, an arcade console, and a reading nook.
PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS: Recline on the comfortable loungers by the expansive 35’x20’ heated pool complete with basketball hoop, baja lounge shelf, large paver deck with a pergola and gas firepit, a rinse-off shower, and colorful LED night lighting.
GAME ROOM: Features a full desert mural on all four walls and the ceiling. There's something for everyone with board games, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and sim racing style video games on Xbox like Forza Horizon 5. The sim racing setup includes two cockpits for head-to-head racing. Each cockpit has it's own realistic racing seat, steering wheel, and pedals + noise canceling headphones and a 55" TV so that you can zero in on smokin' the competition!
EXERCISE ROOM: You won't have to miss a workout while you're visiting Sedona - just visit the "Desert Gains" gym! Equipment includes an exercise ball, cushioned mats, bench, dumbells, and kettlebells. Use the Power Tower for pull-ups, dips, leg raises, pushups, calf raises, and more.
Other things to note:
Maintenance personnel performing pest control services, spa maintenance, filter changes, and other light maintenance tasks will occasionally need access to the property. They may show up during normal business hours without notice and will knock and ring the doorbell first before entry.
Frequently Asked Questions
*How does pool heating work? There is an additional fee for heating the pool. October–March: $150/day; April–September: $100/day. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. We will heat the pool for a minimum of 2 consecutive days. We recommend heating the pool if your stay is between October 1st and April 30th. The pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees if heated. Pool temperatures are affected by outdoor temperatures and are not guaranteed. The spa is heated at no additional charge.
*When is check-in/out? Can I check in early or check out late? Check-in is 4pm and Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be accommodated depending on our cleaner's schedule and other factors. Message the host if you'd like an accommodation. The rate is $50/hour
*How do I access the property? The property is equipped with a smart keypad lock installed on the garage man door by the main entrance. You will receive a check-in code close to the time your reservation begins that will grant you access to the property during your reservation. The code is unique to each guest so you don't need to worry about a prior guest accessing the property.
*Do you allow pets? Some pets may be allowed at the hosts' sole discretion (cats are not allowed). There is a per-pet per-stay fee of $100 which covers additional cleaning and sanitation after your stay. If you plan to bring a pet, message the host before booking and send a picture of your pet. Pets are not permitted to be in/on beds, furniture, hot tub, pool, showers, or carpeted area (bunkroom) at any time. Guests are responsible to bag and remove all waste. Additional cleaning will be charged for any waste/accidents that are not fully cleaned. Pets must be supervised at all times unless kenneled. Any damage caused by pets will be billed to the guest. VRBO only collects the fee for the first pet. After your reservation is confirmed you will receive a payment request for additional pets if applicable.
*Do you provide a daily cleaning service? We provide a cleaning service before and after your stay which is included in the booking price. Additional cleanings can be arranged with the host for an additional fee
*Can I have packages shipped to the house? Packages may be shipped at guest's risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and will not assume the responsibility to forward, recover, or store packages.
*Will your EV charger work with my car? Our electric vehicle charger is a stage two 50Amp ChargePoint J1772 (SAE Type 1 plug) and works with virtually all non-Tesla EVs. Tesla drivers will need to bring their own J1772 adapter. Most vehicles will charge at a rate of 25-35/miles per hour. Guests are welcome to use the charger at no additional charge except between 4:00pm-7:00pm. If you need to charge your vehicle during these hours there is a $7/hour charge.
*Do you have security cameras? For guest safety, property protection, and liability purposes only the home is equipped with exterior security cameras. The cameras are not monitored.
Pool/spa waiver: You understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and that there are potential dangers that pool/spa use may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as pregnant women or individuals with other health risks or using alcohol, drugs, or medications. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool/spa and hold owner harmless. By booking the property, you agree that all guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking the property constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the guests and the host.
