Sedona is a dark sky community so there is no light pollution and the stars are bright and shiny! Recently installed hot tub helper to help get the cover on and off.



    Large outdoor games like cornhole, giant connect 4, giant jenga and ladderball.



    Enjoy watching all the animals and listening to the birds with the BEST views of BELL ROCK, CASTLE ROCK, COURTHOUSE BUTTE and others!

    Our home is run by us! My husband and I purchased our rental as a vacation home. We use it frequently and we love sharing our home with others so you can create amazing family memories as we have!



    We don't have a property management company, but we have you covered in an emergency! We have many local friends always willing to help. We live close by and our welcome book provides information on all the local services as well as places to eat, shop, and play!

    The Fine Print

    Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals only (no emotional support animals). No exceptions.



    The garage is currently unavailable for use.



    We have a tankless water heater. It heats on demand and takes about 60 seconds to warm up. Once it's hot, it's HOT!



    We have a septic tank. Therefore, only septic-safe toilet paper and soaps can be used. We use Angelsoft TP and provide 4 rolls per bathroom for your stay. Please do not use any powder detergents, powder dishwasher soap or fabric softener. Dishwasher soap and laundry soap is provided for your stay.



    The following household items are stocked by housekeeping- Angelsoft toilet paper (4 rolls per bathroom), dish soap, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We try to keep basic things like baggies, foil, etc. in the house but we can’t guaranteed them so please bring your own if you specifically need them. There is also a grocery store 5 min away (Clark’s Market). If you have any questions about what we have at the home please feel free to message us!



    No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the house. Outside smoking/vaping is permitted. Please discard your cigarette leftovers safely. Do not throw them outside or in the trash cans.



    Minimum age of primary renter is 21.



    Check in time is 4pm. Early check in may be available, please contact us.



    Maximum guests limit of 8 adults total. Anyone over 18 is considered an adult as far as we are concerned. Bring as many kids as you want. :)



    Security cameras in use. We use our cameras to monitor our home for security issues and to watch wildlife. We do not invade your privacy, we don't have that kind of time on our hands! :) All cameras point outwards of the house. Tampering, or destroying, covering, or disconnecting the cameras is not allowed. Any tampering with Wifi or outdoor cameras will result in immediate termination of guests reservations with no refund for unused days.



    Please do NOT push the reset button on the router. This will reset the entire network to default and anything connected to WiFi will no longer be connected. If you are having any internet issues please contact us immediately. Unplugging the router and plugging it back in is allowed if necessary.



    There is NO street parking in our neighborhood. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.



    No Parties/events are allowed without prior consent from me (Veronica).



    No check-in/out on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.



    The hot tub is cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by a professional company. It is treated with chlorine. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area. Please replace cover when not in use.



    No fireworks and no shooting allowed within the neighborhood. If you want to go shooting, contact us and we can give you some recommendations on where to go.



    If you set the children’s tent up, please take it down before you check out.



    Our home is located in the Village of Oak Creek. It's a cute little village outside the heart of Sedona that has access to many hiking trails, local restaurants, bars, art galleries and so much more! We LOVE downtown Sedona but we LOVE the quietness (and less traffic) that the Village of Oak Creek provides. Our home is located in the Oak Creek Country club neighborhood.



    Last but not least, we live next to the wilderness. You may see a wide array of animals. These animals include but are not limited to: Mountain Lions, bobcats, deer, javelina, snakes, turkeys, bats, spiders, stray dogs, tons of lizards, scorpions, so many birds, raccoon, bees, butterflies and others!



    What is a Javalina? It’s an animal that kinda looks like a creepy pig but is actually the largest land rodent.



    Will they hurt you? The ones in our neighborhood are very docile. You will likely encounter one on your stay in Sedona. They are scared of you and will run if you try to approach them. We have a three legged one in our neighborhood and she just had a baby …

The home is clean and cozy but plenty of room for six! The location in Village of Oak Creek was convenient to many local attractions and shops. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit the Sedona area again!

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The house provided plenty of space with amazing views. Veronica’s communication was wonderful. There was one incident due to miscommunication that happened and Veronica and team were phenomenal in helping immediately and remedied everything with no impact to our stay.

Red Rock Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was everything we wanted and needed. Its convenient location made all the day trips around Sedona easy. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful View Relaxing Stay

This home is perfect for families. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay there very much. The kitchen is well stocked and the views from the back porch are phenomenal. The local hikes are beautiful. This place does not disappoint.

Amazing views

The views were absolutely amazing! The hot tub felt wonderful after a long day walking the trails. The beds were comfortable and overall the property was exactly what was described.

Great location

Loved our stay here! This is the Best location to be in. A quiet neighborhood and so close to so many restaurants and a great grocery store. You will be wowed by the picturesque quick drive up to Sedona. Pictures are as described and the views from 2 bedrooms are outstanding.

Home was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet and so pretty. Entire experience was smooth and we could not have been happier.

Amazing Red Rocks house

This home was very clean, comfortable and has a most amazing view. The host was very organized in pre-arrival information as well as after we arrived, easy to contact and quick to respond, although we really didn't have any issues, just a couple questions. Highly recommend this property and hope to be able to visit again.

Breathtaking Views Beautiful Home

Absolutely amazing stay! Home is amazing, great location, unbelievable views, perfect outdoor spaces. Great communications. Amazing beds and everything was spotless. We will definitely be returning for a stay soon! Highly Recommend!!

Beautiful views

The property was nice inside and out. Great location and views. Property owner was responsive and very helpful. Great place to stay just outside of the hustle of downtown Sedona. Wildlife in the back yard was an added bonus.

Amazing Views, Great Home for a Vacation

Our 2-family vacation couldn't have been better thanks to this home. Gorgeous views while relaxing on the patio. House was spotless with everything we needed to cook some meals. So much to do in the area for all ages - easy hikes, scenic drives, etc. Would definitely return for another stay!
