This beautiful home is conveniently located 275 feet from the Sugar Loaf Trailhead and some of the most well-known hiking/biking spots in all of Sedona. A few of the numerous nearby landmarks include Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and the Keyhole Cave. From here you can also enter the expansive Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Our home has been lovingly outfitted and updated with convenience in mind and your experienced host will be available at all times. This gorgeous home is the perfect home base for your Sedona getaway! The split floor plan and numerous updates offer privacy and comfort for all. Inside our home you will find all new furniture, new Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace, two new 55 inch Smart TV's, and a full coffee station (drip, K-Cup, French press). To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity for your convenience including the Sedona Whole Foods and several organic grocers. Sedona Airport/Airport Mesa and the Mary D. Fisher Theatre are just down the road while Uptown Sedona and the Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village are a convenient three miles away. License #008794

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and coffee (yay) and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing some old school Nintendo games with our kids! We felt well prepared for our adventure to Slide Rock State Park thanks to the water shoes, lawn chairs, and cooler. And the proximity to Sugar Loaf trailhead was awesome! Thanks for everything, Chris!

This is being the best VRBO. It is located in a perfect spot; close to a beautiful hiking trail, nice and quite but a few min driving to everything necessary . The house itself provided everything we needed, the house offered coffee , hiking supplies and all the necessary things plus it was clean and comfortable . The host was very nice and polite. I spend great time with my two girls and husband . The hot tub is a nice final touch after a long hike and the outside area is great for enjoying the stars .

This is a great house and a perfect Sedona location. It's just a block away from amazing hiking trails and nearby to great grocery store options. The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds, a fully equipped kitchen and keurig coffee. We loved the hot tub, too! Thanks for the great stay!

Property was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable furniture. The beds were also very confortable. Equipped with everything you need, just take your hiking clothes and enjoy this home within a minutes walk to the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. The hot tub was perfect after hiking and horseback riding. We went trout fishing and cooked the fish on the grill outside. My husband and grandson enjoyed a game of bags one afternoon. Chris was amazing and exceeded expectations. We were almost to the airport after checking out, when my husband realized he left his phone at the property. I contacted Chris and he immediately replied and made sure the cleaners found the phone. Chris then went out if his way to ship the phone via UPS. Thank you Chris!

Host was proactive, responsive, friendly and helpful before and during booking. Place is really lovely. Location is wonderful- very quiet and close to trails. Also walking distance to West Sedona grocery stores and other restaurants and shops.The yard is private and has birds and it's lovely to sit out in. Furniture was very comfortable and the home is well equipped. We cooked every night. Everything worked perfectly during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Jacuzzi! But especially the location. Only a few minutes from Central Sedona, but we could still just walk a few minutes to a whole series of trailheads that could keep you busy for days!

We had a fantastic stay and it was the perfect place to ring in 2026! The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout (the coffee press was such a nice surprise). The hot tub was spotless and set to the perfect temperature, and having a fire pit to enjoy both in the morning and evening was such a special treat. Our host, Chris, was as a pleasure to work with and helped us extend our stay at the last minute when we had a schedule change. The location truly couldn’t be better. We hiked Sugarloaf, and the views were absolutely amazing, plus the trailhead is literally less than a one-minute walk from the house, which made it incredibly convenient. As a bonus, we even saw javelinas on two separate occasions, which made the experience feel extra special and truly Sedona-unique. Peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated, this home made our Sedona experience unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is fantastic and central, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was quick and responsive when we had a question about the digital lock, which made check-in seamless. The home is updated and thoughtfully equipped—we especially loved the lending closet stocked with water shoes and other helpful gear for enjoying the outdoors. The house is close to the Sugarloaf Trailhead, and while we didn’t make it to the Seven Sacred Pools as planned, it's only because there is So Much To Do In Sedona! We also didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the space and supremely comfortable beds made it a perfect base for our adventures. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! From the amazing views, to the phenomenal backyard with the perfect hot tub to relax in at night, our family had such a wonderful time in this home. We will definitely be back again if we find ourselves in Sedona! The host has everything you can possibly need and we appreciated all of the amazing hiking gear that you could borrow to make your stay even better.
