This is a one bedroom apartm8ent in the heart of downtown Sebring, close to all the activities downtown Sebring offers. Not too large, but certainly comfortable with all the necessities. The unit offers a queen size bed , it also has 2 twin size mattresses in the living that act as a sofa seat, during the day.
A sunroom and laundry room are shared by 2 units. The one car carport, also offers a sitting area.

This property is a diamond in the rough. The host needs to do a better job of maintaining & cleaning it, including hiring a pest control company, organizing what’s provided in the unit (dishes etc & bedding), providing details on how to use the TV and communicating through out a clients stay. We give high marks for location and a king size bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. We did not spend much time in the unit as we kept busy doing many things in the area which made some of the deficiencies easy to ignore.

Christmas with family

We appreciated very much the host allowing us to host a small dinner with our daughter and her family (6 people) during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the space for two people was excellent. Though there were a couple of things that we would have liked to know before we reserved, we feel that it met our needs for the 4 day stay.

Nice enough

We were pleasantly surprised to find a king sized bed as opposed to the queen size in the listing. We did see a couple baby roaches over the two days we were there. Also, the Wi-Fi was down when we arrived, but the host had it repaired very quickly. Overall, a nice stay. We would stay again.

This house is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions I may have had. Quaint little house in a great neighborhood. Will stay here every time I'm in town.

Enjoyed our stay

Apartment was small but adequate for the two of us. This is an older home and has had several nice updates. The couch and lounge chair in the living room were great to relax after a busy day. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and comfortable to walk. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Downtown Sebring Location

I enjoyed the 10min walk to city pier and downtown shops and restaurants. Nice cozy historical house and area. Very clean and sizable for a couple or small family. I stayed by myself for work but highly recommend this location for any couples looking to get away and enjoy the heart of Sebring. Great host too, thank you!

I came from out of country. My reservation was missed so there was no key left for me or any communications. I tried to email 2 days prior to checking in as I hadn’t received any communication but I couldn’t get the email to work. Finally I had to call when I was trying to check in and discovered my booking was missed and someone else was booked for the next day. I did end up staying at the property and my booking was honoured. The place was great. The bed was super comfortable. Instructions for the tv/satellite would have been helpful.

Ideal Location in a Sunny Town in South Central Florida

We really enjoyed the location and the weather. It was an ideal location as a hub to see relatives and friends (about an hour and a half each way). We enjoyed the little Lake Jackson Fishing Pier Beach at the library (only a few blocks away) and the shopping and eating establishments downtown ("Dee's" and "Faded") and on the circle. Also, kudos to our property manager, Yolanda Amada Acosta, who worked so hard to accommodate us! Thanks for a special three weeks in paradise!!

Our daughter and grandchild had an unexpected emergency and came to stay with us and luckily there was room and amenities to accommodate them.
