▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Guests can smoke outside but are not allowed to smoke in the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. The house is equipped with smoke monitors to enforce this rule.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty of $250.
▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located on the left side of the garage when looking at the house. The green trash bin is to be placed by the road on Thursday night for Friday pickup. The blue recycle bin is to be placed by the road on Wednesday night for Thursday pickup. Please ensure trash bags are sealed properly.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
