Beautiful Waterfront Cottage for a Peaceful Romantic Escape in Micco, Florida

This authentic Florida fishing cottage features breathtaking riverfront views, a cozy living space, a comfortable bedroom, full bath, guest 1/2 bath with an outdoor shower (that includes hot and cold running water), fully equipped kitchen, deck overlooking on the Indian River. Boats can be tied off at the dock. This area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina.



The space

Cable and WiFi are provided. There are two TVs, one in the living room and in the master suite. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate another guest on the sleeper sofa.



There is also a yellow two-bedroom bungalow and a yellow studio on this property. All three have signage providing direction and are separate buildings. You are welcome to rent all three if you need additional space for a family gathering.



The cottage has space to dock your boat during your stay.



The dock and backyard area are shared spaces with plenty of room to spread out. Each unit has its own bbq grill and private balcony.



Some of the best fishing in Florida. Just minutes from the Sebastian Inlet Marina and famous Sandbar. Space for a boat on the dock and trailer parking on-site depending on size but we do offer off-site parking as well.

Parking for the cottage is in front of the green cottage as you pull into the property. You will walk through the gate down to the cottage directly on the water.
