  • Summary:

    Situated just across from Alki Beach, this elegantly appointed three-story retreat affords a true taste of the laid-back lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. Take in serene bay views from two private balconies. No need to bundle up at this 4BR/3BA home -- convenient outdoor heat lamps will keep you cozy. Sunbathe, paddleboard, and kayak with Seattles silhouette in the distance. Sample the famous eateries dotting the bay shore.



    The Space:

    A short drive away, explore downtown Seattle and its gorgeous surrounding neighborhoods.



    Just steps from your rental, Alki Beach is perfect for a sunny day in the city. Make a stop at Alki Point Lighthouse, the first landing point for settlers that went on to establish Seattle. Head towards downtown and watch the fishmongers at Pike Place Market (8 miles). Book a trip to the summit of the Space Needle (9 miles), where you can take in panoramas of the steel skyline, Elliott Bay, and the awe-inspiring Mt. Rainier.



    Back at your home away from home, the inviting living room offers comfortable seating for seven around the 60 flat-screen TV. Play a tune on the upright piano or slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private balcony. The fully stocked chefs kitchen has all the bells and whistles necessary for a family feast, including a double oven and a six-burner Viking cooktop. When its time to eat, share meals at the breakfast bar for four or in the stately dining room with seating for 10. Mix a drink at the wet bar and enjoy the added ambience of the gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony off the living room, configured with a heat lamp and umbrella-shaded table for six.



    Find peace and quiet in the primary suite, furnished with an inviting queen bed and 40 smart TV. Step out for fresh air anytime on the private master balcony, detailed with a heat lamp and bistro table for two. The en-suite primary bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two separate vanities.



    Complimentary Wi-Fi, DVD players, board games, beach gear, and a washer/dryer are also provided.

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Perfect Get Away in West Seattle

We had a family of seven stay for 10 days and were thrilled with the location, amenities and house. From the multiple decks, to the easy axis to the water taxi into downtown, it was perfect.

There was a lot of construction happening at and around the property when we stayed, so heard a lot of sawing and pounding during the week. The location is great, very walkable to the local restaurants and water taxi shuttle.

West Seattle Gem

This was a great house for a group of people! There were 3 showers which was very convenient. The location was great! The West Seattle Alki Beach area was quiet but still had a lot to do. The water taxi to downtown Seattle was very convenient. I had a couple interactions with Vacasa customer service and they were super helpful and quick to respond especially when we were locked out at 10:30 pm. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Perfect place for our family of adult children. The house was clean and very well stocked! It was comfortable and very homey. The location is amazing - walking distance to so many restaurants, perfect for walks along the water with views of the city and islands, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We willl definitely book again!

Our next stay at this lovely, well managed property. Great location, well stocked, space supports both gathering and personal space for larger groups. All beds are comfy.

This was a great house for a group of people/family! There are actually 3 showers at this location which was very convenient. Only thing that was confusing was that Vacasa is the actual management company for this property so the 2nd half of the payment is through their website. But Vacasa was great! Their costumer service was very helpful and quick. I highly recommend this house for the location. West Seattle Alki Beach area is very cute with great restaurants and sidewalks/bike lanes. It is also nice to be able to ferry to downtown Seattle quickly and easily. Highly recommend this property!

The location is very close to the beach which made morning walks a joy. There were plenty of rooms for the whole family with beautiful areas like a sitting room and balconies. Definitely worth another booking whenever we visit again!!

Alki Point is a fantastic place to stay. The house is an easy walk to public transport. Great restaurants nearby. The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great place near West Seattle

Overall, this house is great. It’s perfectly located near all the amenities on Alki Beach. With only one hotel in West Seattle, this is a nice option and it was affordable! Lots of space to spread out, beds were comfortable, and lots of parking. We would stay here again.
