Or, relax at home in the well-appointed interior with a full kitchen, wet bar, large sofa and private roof deck with stunning views of the Cascades & Mt. Rainier and large grill. We also have newly installed air conditioning in each bedroom and on the main floor to keep you cool in the summer and add extra heat in the winter! Downtown is minutes away by car and easy to get to by LightRail, Bus or Car. 600mbps wifi.

Brooke was fantastic to communicate with, very prompt and helpful. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Very walkable to a variety of cafés and restaurants. I would reccomend staying at Brooke’s townhouse.

Great spot in Capitol Hill! Close to local transit and many amazing shops/restaurants. 5 stars all around! Thx Brooke for the exceptional communication.

Beautiful view from the roof. Roof top adds to the living space and gives the house a feel of more common space for hanging out. great walking distance to groceries. Well-loved sectional, smaller bedrooms.

This was the perfect property for our visit to Seattle for the World Cup for our family of 4. The property itself was clean, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen equipped well enough for us to cook our breakfasts. The location was perfect for us - far enough away from the crazy crowds downtown but with convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores and commuter trains downtown. The neighborhood is a densely urban neighborhood, but was very quiet and we never felt unsafe. Brooke was an awesome host - very responsive and provided excellent information for both check in and check out.

The rooftop has wonderful views. The home was clean, check in was quick and easy. Everything we needed was available, it was not lacking. It was a very nice and pleasant stay.

Easy Check-in to a beautiful well appointed home! Spacious and well furnished! has its own parking spot for small to midsized car included with additional free street parking nearby. Great location close to everything. Was clean and comfortable and the host was super fast communicating when needed. Roof top views are gorgeous, only thing that was less than perfect was not within control of this property, the homes are close together and the closest neighbor demanded the deck lights were off no later than 10pm and expected absolute quit after 10pm. Gave us a hard time about the smoke / delicious smell our steaks we’re making on the included roof top bbq. Again no fault of this property and really wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of, if your a outdoor night owl this may not be the spot for you as that neighbor is going to be up in your business. We just took our food downstairs and enjoyed the wonderful features of the house and each others time, playing the provided board games and other activities. Coffee and tea provided, large fridge, dishwasher and all the other comforts of home. Rent it you won’t be disappointed.
