This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Laurelhurst offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Located just minutes from the University of Washington and Laurelhurst Park, this thoughtfully designed space is ideal for families, business travelers, and small groups looking to explore Seattle.

5-10 Min Drive to the University of Washington
5-10 Min Walk to Laurelhurst Park
10-15 Min Drive to Gas Works Park & Lake Union
15-20 Min Drive to Downtown Seattle

Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs to get into the apartment.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed- $500 fine if discovered.
No unregistered pets allowed.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Limit of 1 pet per stay
- $75 pet fee is required
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
- Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property
- If there is evidence of pets on the furniture or any damage, you will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning fees

This 3br/2ba apartment was perfect for me and my friends' weekend visit to Seattle. All three bedrooms were really clean and nice, the house is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, there are big windows looking out from the living room at a wide deck that spans the living room and kitchen/dining area. Nice view!

Our stay at The Mod House was excellent! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and cozy, providing a perfect retreat during our trip. One of the biggest highlights is the location—it is literally minutes away from Seattle Children's Hospital and has quick access to the University of Washington campus.Property management was impressively responsive and handled the minor issues that arose during our stay quickly and professionally.The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, though guests should note that it does not come stocked with pantry staples like cooking oil or spices. However, they have your morning routine covered with coffee options for both automatic drip and Keurig users.A quick tip for future guests: the unit is located on the second floor, so you will need to climb two flights of outdoor stairs to access it. We also really appreciated having a dedicated covered carport space included, which is a huge plus in this area. We would definitely stay here again!"

Loved staying at The Mod House. It was very comfortable and quiet. The neighbors were very nice also! The apartment is very close to UW which we traveled back and forth, moving our kid into the dorms there.I have a feeling we’ll be back! Thanks again!
