This was a wonderful property. The perfect spot for a Seattle city experience. Just a few minute walk to the needle and Pikes Fish market. Tons of top notch food nearby. Verty well secured property as well. I would stay here everytime I'm in town if it was avaliable.

This was a great place to stay for a small vacation for two. The check in process was involved, but our contact was very communicative and easy to work with. They really enforce making sure no one comes in behind you but I can appreciate that for the security of the building. The location was amazing, we walked to so many great food options every day, walked down to Pocket Beach every morning, and visited the Pike St. Market several times. The parking lot and spots are tiny, so a small car is really recommended. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was fine for a few nights away.

Very disappointed that the description didn't clearly call out that this property didn't have AC. The area is extremely noisy, so the option of leaving the windows open (which is required) made it very difficult. Apartment got very hot. Carpet needs redone, bad. Property didn't have essentials- coffee filters, trash bags, etc. Not your typical VRBO experience unfortunately. Luggage rack broke when I opened it to place my bag on it. Futon was hard to open/close. Would pay more next time for a more comfortable space.

Belltown Court

This property was wonderful. The communication leading up to our stay was great and Valerie who checked us in did a great job explaining everything. The location is perfect as we don’t have to drive anywhere during our stay; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The property itself was very secure and have everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Seattle rental

My husband, friend, and I stayed here in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. There were so many great restaurants and bars around, and we were just a few blocks away from the waterfront and Pike Place Market. I highly recommend this rental!

Great Location

We had an amazing weekend away and this was a great spot to stay. We were in close proximity to all of the Seattle activities we wanted to do! It was perfect! House was clean, check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.
